A curious little hotel. Location is either amazing on top of Monda with great views ..or tricky to get to depending on your perspective. Nice and fair value restaurant and bar with terrace but patchy and rather slow service (waited ages to get served in the bar). Traditional style but decent sized rooms with firm beds. Monda town is a short 10 minute walk downhill but a steep hike back. Some petty policies like a deposit for pool towels were unnecessarily irritating.

The kitchen girls, more than the same, had to change the whole menu almost for the end-of-year dinner, they changed it to me without any problem and with brutal kindness! The hotel is another wonderful, a huge, beautiful finca, surrounded by green and pool (in summer it must be a past) very clean rooms and 0 problems.

Die relativ kleinen Appart-Zimmer verfügen über alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt (gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Fön und diversen Pflegemitteln), eine Küchenzeile inkl. Espressomaschine (inkl. Pads), einer modernen Waschmaschine, gute Küchenausstattung (Teller, Tassen, Messer u.v.a.m.), bequemes 140cm-Bett, Sofa und gutem WLAN, dazu vor der Haustür ein PKW-Parkplatz. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig und daher im November völlig ausgebucht gewesen (haben das letzte Apart-Zimmer im Internet buchen können). Anmerkung: die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthaltes nicht gesäubert (d.h. kein Zimmerservice). Eingecheckt wird ab ca. 17 Uhr per Automat, die Rezeption (sehr freundliche Dame) ist scheinbar nur morgens besetzt. Hinweis: im Sommer lädt die Hotelterrasse mit Pool sicherlich zum Entspannen ein, im November hatte der Pool wetterbedingt (15 Grad und bewölkt) kein Wasser mehr. Falls es einem in den Herbst-/Wintermonaten zu kalt wird, liegen warme Decken unter dem Bett bereit.

We book for a night, € 87, we're sleeping and my couple realizes k has something in his face and we light and there are bitches in bed, lifts up the coat and there's a lot, I think k are small cucarachas, the wall and roof full of bitches, count for decades, I call the receptionist at 00:30 K thinks the same K we K has paint d be a plague of small cucumbers and M gives a insecticide says k has no more rooms k is full, k can't do anything, we clean the bed and try to sleep but it's impossible, it's a lot of ugly and the bitches still rise in bed, I call the receptionist again at 4 a.m. in the room there's no chair you can nor sit and the bitches fall From the roof, we tell the receptionist k go up to see it Pork is something subrealistic, we go down to the reception at 4:30 p.m. waiting k arrives the manager or responsible, at 7 a.m. the receptionist made a call and gave us another room to rest. ,Now if there are rooms?? I should have resolved it at the beginning we travel on bike and we have k to be restful to follow the route, at 10 we go down to talk to the manager, a bitter and cutting person, k said k didn't know anything d the cucarachas k no one had complained, to the k we told him that o k was in the room is not a day or two, I asked him for the claim sheet d and he was put more cutting, I think k we spent very bad night as for that unpleasant treatment k gave us, I had my accommodation paid so k demand k everything is okay, invite you to k sleeper between a plague d cucarachas and have nowhere to go to see k feels, so k rating 0 or gift we return.

A curious little hotel. Location is either amazing on top of Monda with great views ..or tricky to get to depending on your perspective. Nice and fair value restaurant and bar with terrace but patchy and rather slow service (waited ages to get served in the bar). Traditional style but decent sized rooms with firm beds. Monda town is a short 10 minute walk downhill but a steep hike back. Some petty policies like a deposit for pool towels were unnecessarily irritating.
