Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

The room are clean and comfortable, very friendly staff and no noisier make my stay so great 👍

Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. The staff were very kind and helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel was beautifully decorated and it had a charming pool area. Our room was small but comfortable. The was a large bed but the mattress was a little too hard for our liking. Some of the window shades in the room did not work. The biggest issue was the shower. To use it you had to climb into a huge, deep bath tub and walk to the other end to turn the shower on. I have long legs and just about managed. If you were shorter or had mobility issues it wouls have been impossible. The hotel was about a kilometre from the main tourist area of Siem Reap - Riverside and Pub Street. We walked in and out of town with no issues. You had to be a bit careful with the bikes and tuk tuks passing by. If you did not want to walk there were always tuk tuks around. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Me and my friend stay at this hotel . It amazing room and friendly staff. For me this is the best hotel and the best price. I hope I will stay here again when come to siem reap . It good location good service. High recommend for anyone come to siem you should stay in this hotel ..

The rating is solely based on budget hotel standard. Stayed 5 nights. Plenty of mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately the weather was hot too. Complained and all was taken care well. Friendly staff. The room was huge, comfortable and clean beds, clean wc, quiet environment and nice pool. All things needed after a long and tiring day are checked off. We even requested for hot water, the staff provided us with water heater and cups. The food was ok too. 3$ for tuktuk to Pub Street

The hotel is prefect including location walking to pub street in 15 mins, restaurant near by and in the hotel, reasonable price, staff is helpful, but I was at 3/fl, I could hear sound from the 4/fl bar. Most of time the noise will stop around 10:30 pm.

The sheets and quilts in the room are dirty, and the sanitary conditions are average The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, there is a little brother who can speak Chinese Noisy room with air conditioner on The location is good. It takes less than ten minutes to stroll to Bar Street, and there is a supermarket next to it
