"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

Het is een mix van groen/planten en hout elementen, welke samen een mooi geheel maken Kamer De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Ook zagen de kamers er modern uit. De badkamers waren goed verzorgd. Er waren zowel douchegel, shampoo, shower caps als een badjas en badslippers aanwezig. De bedden lagen perfect, een goede mix tussen hard en zacht. Er was één kussen per persoon aanwezig Ontbijtbuffet Er stond een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet klaar. Het bestond o.a. uit english breakfast, yoghurt + fruit/granola, broodjes, beleg en enkele andere dingen Personeel Ik heb een prettige ervaring met het personeel ervaren."

"15 years ago I had the best ever party of New Year's Eve at this hotel/restaurant. Nery nice and trendy rooms, well equipped. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I came back exactly after 15 years: the rooms were the same, but tired and beyond the history, a persistent bad smell in the bathroom, the staff very unhappy and not welcoming visitors. Two words: bad experience!"
