"Het is het dichtstbijzijnde hotel op de luchthaven, dus het is goed voor degenen die willen te laat komen of vroeg vertrekken. Er was ook een ontbijt, en er was geen Uber op de vroege ochtendvlucht, maar gelukkig kwam ik comfortabel door een taxi van het hotel te bellen. Als je begint vroeg in de ochtend, kun je eten met broodjes vroeg in de ochtend. Het is erg goed. Er is ook een grote supermarkt over de straat. In plaats daarvan zijn er geen restaurants rond, hoewel het spijtig is, maar over het algemeen, het was goed."

"Avoid at all costs! While the reception staff are friendly, this doesn't excuse the outdated bathroom (dirty shower grout, leaky shower head, broken toilet flush button) and, above all, the fact that the hotel's function room is rented out for receptions! The room isn't soundproofed, making sleep impossible! This is especially frustrating with an early flight the next morning."

"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station. It's a small, privately owned hotel. Cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that it's very noisy. You can hear the water running and dripping in the next room and from the upstairs floor, and you can hear all conversations both in the rooms and from the street. There's a complete lack of soundproofing. We couldn't get a good night's sleep over two nights."

"Our stay at Hotel Republique in Sibiu was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, modern, impeccably clean, and just a short walk from the Old Town, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The private parking was also a huge convenience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to Daniela, the manager, for leading such a fantastic team. Alexandra and Denisa at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Giorgiana and Mariana from housekeeping, who kept our room spotless and paid attention to every detail. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and the entire hotel felt welcoming and well cared for. Between the outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, and ideal location, Hotel Republique exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sibiu."

"Superb location, close to the old town, but on a very quiet street. Free parking is offered. The hotel's decor is lovely, all the facilities are very well maintained, simple but with enough attention to detail to meet guests' basic needs. The breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, but it offers sufficient variety and good quality. It has a pleasant little garden. Highly recommended; the host is very friendly and communicative. Just as shown in the photos."

"This is a tiny hotel with a handful of rooms. The rooms (at least ours) are well proportioned and very comfortable. There is not a full reception, but someone downstairs to check you in. The breakfast is perfectly fine and a reasonable price. The hotel is fantastically located in the old town. If you come by car, however, you cannot park at the hotel, but need to leave the car on the street outside the old town (a minor inconvenience)."
