Pensiunea Buon Gusto Sibiu offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. However, our stay was marred by unexpected disturbances from large groups of teenagers on consecutive nights. Although the staff upgraded our room as a preemptive gesture, the noise significantly disrupted our experience.
While the incidents might be isolated, better communication about potential group bookings could have mitigated the inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of luggage assistance post-check-in and missing practical amenities like mugs and teaspoons were disappointing oversights.
For future guests, I advise inquiring about potential group bookings beforehand and suggest the management pay closer attention to practical guest needs. Despite the amiable staff, ensuring a tranquil environment is crucial for an enjoyable stay.

Very nice, close to center. They nave the best pizza I ever ate. We were 2 friends on motorcicles, we parked inside, the owners were very friendly. The room was ok, with everything you need in it. Definetly we will stop here next time. Not expensive at all.

!!! BE AWARE !!! **The employer does not fulfill its agreements and does not pay the salary in full.** The employer not only does not pay salaries for hours worked, but also increases the workload, not taking into account previous agreements.
