As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.

It is the tallest hotel in Shiraz. Breakfast is on the 24th floor. It is said that there is a sauna, but because it is a man at night, I did not enjoy it for two nights. I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower. The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day. The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way. If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

We had a very comfortable and good stay at Sasan Hotel in Shiraz. My experience at Zandiyeh was among the best on a group tour in Iran. The location was walking distance from the city centre. The staff were polite, well informed, and helpful. They even got me Iranian currency in fewer notes because the two-currency system can be puzzling to travellers. The rooms were comfortable, Iranian yet universal.
