My biggest complaint was that the laundry was the most expensive I've ever used - and had to use credit card as the machines didn't take cash, consequently, was charged a card fee - I thought this most inappropriate."

"electric blanket did not work. two electric outlet plugs but only ONE wall point under the bed side table so had to crawl on my knees to plug in the light. No coffee and insufficient milk and the response was basically I am not there so go to the shop. had to pull the bed out from the wall to find the switch. OH&S issue for a guest!! electric blanket cord pilled under the mattress so you did not see it. For $155 per night this a bit over the top. Customer service NIL!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE."

"I checked in and was given the key to the room. Upon entering the room my son and I were overcome with an unpleasant odour and a whopping stain on the floor as well as red stains.the curtains are torn and mouldy. The bed base was mouldy. The bathroom also mouldy. I pulled the blanket back on the bed and the bed was full of black hair! . The AC unit was falling apart with a hole through it. The AC unit was full of mould and dirt and. A health hazard if you used it. It was a 35 degree day! After 10mins inspecting the room we both started to feel nauseous from the odour and decided to leave and book elsewhere. We have stayed it MANY Motels and are not difficult to please, but we both absolutely could not stay here…. Do not do it!"

My early check-in request was met without hesitation, check-in was easy and the room was a nice, neat and clean room perfect for an overnighter. Fit two with a toddler in their portable bed well enough and offered value for money. Check-out was effortless through a key drop point."

"Clean spacious and had everything we needed and more. Thanks. I didn't realise bedrooms were upstairs but we managed. . There were 3 of us and not young.. one of us blind .. so no hand rail on the staircase was a bit of an issue.. The only other negative was not a lot of space to manoeuvre cars.. worked out we could turn around at the back so we could park facing out ready to drive out .. we were on the side .. fortunately noone either side of us that could have blocked us in or make it more difficult. "
