This hotel is at a great location, right next to a shopping mall and plenty of food places. The room is spacious and well equipped, only the bed was quite hard. In order to get the internet to work you have to have a local number which is not convenient for international travelers. You need to go to the front desk and someone will come up and enable internet on your devices. Also consider getting a VPN. Pretty much everything western is blocked now.

This was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a long time. The room was clean and was cleaned daily and everything put in place to ensure I was comfortable. The space was almost like I was at home. Management helped in every way possible with directions and suggestions and yes information on COVID testing to ensure that safety health measures are always adhere to. Thank you to Mr Wang and the team for an enjoyable stay and experience at Cypress Lane Hotel.

地理位置優越，吃住都比較方便，房價也比較實惠，通過攜程預訂，兑換了免費權益，首先感謝前台免費升級房型，但是不得不吐槽房間內無線網絡信號極差，上午入住無法連結，詢問前台後還是沒辦法用，下午電視機也連不上網，工作人員幫忙調試後還是無法看網絡電視，晚上房間內也同樣沒有網絡，全天無法使用網絡，酒店房也未有任何賓客關懷錶示……

出差到上虞，酒店位置很方便，高鐵站到酒店十來分鐘，適合一早就要繼續出差的我！酒店早餐非常好，很豐盛。前台還給我打了資料，親和力太棒了！五星！！

第二次出差入住，位置真的很方便，酒店和商場地下室連通，超外店美食應有盡有，太棒了！房間一如既往的好，智能馬桶、55寸智能電視、床品舒適度極佳！出差首先！

酒店位置不錯，在市中心，下面就是商場，非常方便，不過私密性稍微差點，因為是商務樓，其他人員進出頻繁，其他還可以，離景區近
