房間床單如圖所示。
經理小哥雖然給我了一定補救措施，但是回家發現胳膊上起了疙瘩。
希望酒店給個解釋，保留進一步投訴的權利。

家裡來客人訂了幾間房，前台很忙，但在處理問題時一點都沒有不耐煩，為客户所想，值得點贊👍而且離虹口足球場很近，出行也方便

找了下，酒店算是那附近，含早餐比較有性價比的一家，乾淨衞生安靜，空間小了點。距離地鐵站不太遠，掃個單車5分鐘能到地鐵口，整體還行吧。

停車方便，早餐好吃 房間安排的很滿意 床很軟很舒服，去外灘座地鐵8號線人民廣場下車很方便，推薦推薦性價比很高

設施：完善，有免費停車場，還有洗衣機和烘乾機
衞生：乾淨整潔，阿姨打掃的很乾凈

剛開始入住的時候，衞生很一般，後來跟前台小姐姐説了，免費給我們升級了房間，但是我感覺都是一樣的房間，床單上很多頭髮

房間很乾凈，前台服務人員態度很好，主動耐心貼心幫我們處理問題，還送了早餐卷，一直服務都很好。酒店的咖啡蠻好喝，早餐豐富，門口有小黃車，走路到地鐵站也就七八分鐘，很方便，最關鍵的就是幹房間衞生間乾淨。
