It’s our first time to do an RV trailer stay and it was a nice experience. The BBQ choices were great and organized. The rooms are spacious enough and homey.

Conveniently located near Disneyland Shanghai. The environment and the RVs itself are good but if possible get the biggest size for family. The BBQ and amenities are great too.

Looked NOTHING like the pictures. The caravan was dirty inside and out (see photos) and the foldout bed smelled for cat urine. We asked to switch kettles since ours had mold and they grumpily complied. Sheets and towels were stained and even the outside of the caravan was covered in stickiness from where balloons were put up…some deflated balloons still around.
Overall a really disappointing experience for the high price we paid. One positive was that the location was super convenient.

We went twice. And we plan to stay there again. Perfect space for bbq with friends. The only thing is that you can't cook inside the RV. And if you use the bbq you pay extra 300¥. Also playground was closed for kids.

It was our first time to experience RV living and the experience was great! The place was perfect to chill & relax. The beds are comfortable to sleep in and the RV itself is clean. It has refrigerator, water heater, oven, and dining essentials. Clean linens, towels, and slippers were provided. You can do bbq at night ( for 300yuan unli use). They have go carts (50 RMB), trampoline (free), basketball court, & volleyball field. Overall, it was a perfect experience for all of us! Thank you.

The unit we stayed had a leaky roof and it was raining when we stayed there and TV was not working.

The compound: Well organized landscaping with facilities.
Caravan: Overall good status, only one hurdle; too small bathroom and no curtain of shower booth and some mold in the shower booth. If you are acceptable it is okay.
Table and piptwater on the deck: Wonderful
BBQ Grill: 300RM with few piece of charcoal; it seems quite expensive, I recommand you bring by yourself.
Disney Firework: You can see the Disney Firework, it is different every day, it was 9pm when I stayed in.
Language: To westerin/CIS/South asian people: They are tring to use English with survival English. to other Asian foreginer: Staff don't care just use Chinese.
Overall feedback: recommandable, please try to have experience to here

This was the most amazing things we’ve ever experienced in Shanghai, we had so much fun we didn’t get to take any pictures. Great facilities, clean cars/ rooms and jam packed activities for all people and needs.

I got the feeling with the people in the "lobby/reception" that they are not happy in their work, and they transfer this (unhappy) feelings to the guest, no any smile, or willingness to give a good service, seems that I am bothering them when I asked please introduce the hotel facilities to them.
