看着價格便宜，離公司走過去十分鐘，本來計劃住五天的，入住以後也打掃衞生和擺放行李，可是到了晚上，房間太臭了，下水道反味太厲害了，實在忍不住，天一亮馬上退房。

酒店位置不錯，距離公交站不遠，一層到三層都有房間床位，看樣子入住的人不少，生意火爆，酒店前廳裝修風格很不錯房間裏面床位和衞生尚可，拖鞋不好。畢竟是羣租酒店，不能期望值太高，短期差旅或者個人旅行入住，節省費用的好選擇。

剛到前台就問我抽煙嗎？結果給我安排到了抽煙室，一屋子人基本都在房間抽煙，我雖然抽煙但是我都是在外面的。再説説房間佈局，這麼小的房間竟然放了三個上下鋪，床與床之間衹夠一個人通行了。大點的行李箱都是放在前台旁的客廳感覺不安全，房間裏沒有能放東西的地方了。這個房間通風比較差，床底下的灰積的很厚，偶爾看見幾衹蟑螂悠閑地爬來爬去，一會爬到對面床鋪上一會跑到床底下，我一夜穿着褲子睡的！希望在外漂泊的人能得到一點建議！

乾淨衞生，價格也不貴，房間裝修風格是我喜歡的，很清新。位置很好找，靠近七莘路地鐵站，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，值得一提的他們的工作人員，態度超好，下次還會選擇這家店環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，前台人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，房間小擺件的設計也很有特色。性價比不錯，

被蚊子**擾了一夜，房間異味比較強，室友允許窗户衹開一點點，悶得很，看來是吃不了合住的苦。凌晨出來發現有男生在門口路過，房門沒關，讓人感覺挺不安全的。

工作人員服務不錯，住着挺温馨的，邊上就是公園,距離七寶老街也挺近的，樓下有個大廳，還有投影，可以在樓下看電影，交通也挺便利的！

房間裏有股死螃蟹的味道，這個味道從我入住伴隨我離開，好像房子是個死螃蟹，而我住在裏面。
沒有電視，單間沒電視實在不應該，我吃外賣想看電影衹能用手機看，手機的屏幕太小，看在不爽。
衞生間的燈關不上，我在屋裡找好久的開關，沒有找到，屋裡總共有兩個燈，就一個開關，要是想關掉廁所的燈，唯一的辦法是關電閘。
洗完澡後還在擦身上的水，突然發現一個蟲子在床上亂爬，還好我為人善良，把它趕下床，沒有趕盡殺絕。
還有，花灑出水沒一點勁，軟趴趴的跟**一樣，洗澡非常難受，洗頭更難受，根本沖不開頭髮。

真實評價反饋，酒店衞生，設施配套一般，平均價格不算便宜，存在個別人員工素質差甚至有的員工嫌棄住客事多，不讓租客住的現象。多人間較亂人雜，有床蝨還挺多換了兩次床鋪都有大概逮到三四衹很可怕吸人血會長疙瘩，還有好多蟑螂喜歡出來爬（蟑螂會見到很多沒有拍照）當然吃的不要開口也可能會進老鼠（有老鼠屎）吸煙的較多注意屏住呼吸。有時候關上門還有陌生人進來，東西要保管好並提前告知，亂放的話會被丟掉。店裡有個戴帽子老闆和衞生阿姨人還不錯，個別住客人也不錯，有問題可以幫忙解決。不過大環境不理想，選擇要慎重可能遇到影響心情的人…有讓自己不開心的事一定要説出來保護自己的權益，必要時找警察叔叔幫忙

看是國際青年旅舍就定了，但跟以往住的國際青年旅舍是差太多了！這衹是套用國際青年旅舍而已，實際上相當於羣租房，好多長住的。衞生也很差，廁所非常臭，地板積水，都下不去腳。
