衞生間的紙巾像是沒收拾過 中央空調衹有暖氣 沒有冷氣 衞生不行 吹風機也是一言難盡

作為華住會旗下高端的酒店品牌，桔子酒店有這樣的品控是非常讓人失望的。昨天來觀看演唱會結束，選擇桔子是認為這個品牌比較高端，周圍的酒店價格大約衹有一半，在入住的時候，前台提醒過兩三次，房間裏面是沒有冷熱空調的，這個是可以接受的。作為補償，他們提供了免費的早餐和一些小點心。一進房間就明顯感覺裝修佈置比較陳舊，房間的衞生細節沒有做到位。睡到早上6點，我竟然被旁邊的地鐵的聲音給吵醒了。在視頻裏，地鐵的軌道的聲音特別的響，我仔細檢查過窗户，確保是關上的，但是依舊沒有辦法避免這個噪音。導致我睡不着，之後我選擇起床去洗澡，在早上6點鐘的時候，熱水大概花了3分鐘才有。並且在衞生間裏的沐浴露是見底的，這種服務是完全不達標的。酒店暫時沒有提供機器人送外賣服務，因此是由前台親自送上來的。酒店的位置離演唱會很近，離地鐵口也非常近，作為交通的便捷程度來説是滿分的，但是對於環境的評價，我認為非常之不滿意。

這麼冷的天還沒有空調，説什麼在保養，簡直服了，房間小，設施舊，衞生間居然還有蟑螂（視頻太短髮不出來）

Very strategic location as just right next to the HongKou Football Stadium station exit. Opposite there’s a mall where you can get food and drinks. Very helpful front desk 瑶瑶 and very clean room service. Will surely visit again. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

It’s location is right accross the big mall..
Foods are everywhere
2 convenience store right beside the hotel
Banks and cafe also just right beside.
Room is clean, service is very quick and nice.

The first room smelled like an ashtray, tars and moulds on the walls. Called the front desk and they changed me to another room, which still smelled like someone has smoked there but slightly better and cleaner than the last one :(

Firstly, I got horrible bed bug bites all over my entire body from staying at this hotel. The beds are not hygienic.
There are also a lot of drunks for some reason. When I checked in, a drunken man who was also checking in loitered around me, tried to speak to me and waited for me to go upstairs. The reception lady told me to ignore him in the elevator. I ended up not going in the elevator and asking one of the receptionists to go with me.
Aside from that, I also encountered other drunk men in the lobby.
