整體住宿體驗非常好，剛進酒店就感受到這邊的服務很好，前台員工都很熱情，特別是叫kiki的小姐姐，第二天因為朋友起床晚了計劃有變，kiki給我們介紹了周邊的地鐵還有怎麼去豫園外灘，還幫助我們買車票，酒店的人性化服務非常好，房間也很整潔乾淨，在房間點外賣還能用機器人給我們送上來。愉快的上海之旅！

除了地理位置，酒店的整體來説都不太行。感謝前台的一位男士跟我説給我免費升房，雖然升級了房間，甚至還換了一次房間，但兩間房同樣都是暗的不行，房間燈光也不充足。另外，遇到了三件比較搞笑的事情：
1. 房間空調説因為降温，不能調節温度使用，衹開了空氣交換
2.晚上我到了酒店，在前台問前台的女生是否能夠給我多送兩瓶礦泉水，前台告訴我一間房一天衹能兩瓶（我謝謝了，酒店提供的衹是小的怡寶礦泉水而已）
3.早餐的餐盤，還有殘留的剛剛洗完的水，我反正衹吃了一個早餐，第二天我選擇自己定早餐
總之，我大為震驚

這次入住訂了3個房間，其他二個房間的客人在入住過程都遇到了意外插曲

All is good, good location, good service, clean. The only thing to improve is to have door service so can help with customers baggage. The front lobby is elevated , need to climb 4 stairs, it is a hassle for us to take up our big bags without anybody help. The free laundromat was a plus point for light travellers

The location is very closed to subway station just 5 mins by walk.
The staffs have good attitude & service mind.
The room is very comfortable.
I will book this hotel again next time if I come to Shanghai.

The hotel is very near the metro station, YU Garden, and the Bund. The front desk officers and housekeeping were all hospitable and accommodating especially Ms. Hayley. The breakfast buffet comprises of various cuisines and lots of choices. Very satisfying breakfast. The room is very clean, comfortable and truly spacious. I’m trying to find the exhaust in the bathroom but it seems like there’s none. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Buffet breakfast is decent with changes to some dish daily. Room service is prompt and request for additional items from front desk is sent to us speedily via the robot. It is near to a Metro station and theres a convenient store just beside it.
