I"ve told the Hotel that their staff should clean the tables after the hotel guests have finished their breakfasts at the restaurant.
I think the Hotel should know better than me in the hygiene practice !

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Got iron in the room. Many restaurants accross the street

Very dirty windows. The curtains look old. Good thing the window can be opened, room bad smell. View from the window to the construction site. Location is good. Near the subway. One small shampoo for three people. Unfortunately I will not choose this hotel again. The hotel does not look like 5*.

I booked the hotel to spend the New Year’s Eve. We arrived there at 12:00 am to make check in because it’s normal in China to make early check in. The reception attendant said that the room was not ready, we needed to wait until 14:00. Ok, we came back at 14:10. Waited in a long line to make check in. In the end the receptionist said that the room was still not ready, asked us to wait more 30 minutes. At 15:00 we were able to enter the room. Seems like the reason for this problem was over booking, but the hotel is a 5 star hotel, I expected a better treatment. They didn’t offer anything to apologize. Apart of it, the room is good, nice view.

When we arrived our room was sold out, so the hotel upgraded us for free and ensured we were happy and looked after. Fantastic location in the city, amazing room and a great trip. Will most definitely book again.

The view was amazing and the swimming pool was very great!
The room is very old style, we found hairs on the bathtub, and the bathroom was not very clean..

Hotel has a great location and it surrounded by lovely street cafes and bars.
I did not like the shower that is in the bathtub. Also no handle to get in and out of the tub for people that need assistance.
Otherwise it was a great stay.

I booked 2 rooms for my 2 clients fm Italy. My booking has mentioned clearly 2 rooms. When they make the check in, the hotel only gave them 1 room. It made me very embarrassed when I meet them next day.

Strange hotel with cafe machine in the room but impossible to get some cafe … it’s not included and not available .. breakfast less good than before
