The room view was breathtaking! The service was great.
Special thanks to Mr. Ivan Qiu for arranging the airport pickup and drop-off and for helping us make dinner reservations which made our stay memborable.

Great room, great staff, great location. The shower was wonderful and it was nice to have a separate toilet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the room decor, too.

Very small room. The sliding door is so tight, the water from the shower couldn’t flow down. Requested the hotel staff to fix but no actions taken. Front desk could only speak very basic english . Hotel looks a bit old.

This is my stay in the hotel. Location and view is amazing but the room amenities need to be upgraded. Some sockets acan’t be plugged and swimming pool is a bit small.
But overall the view on the top floor worth the price.

The hotel is old, and it shows. The room's interior design is still charming, but the furniture is cracking down in the bathroom. The breakfast could have been better, but the food was not good quality. There was terrible service, they made a mistake with my order, and a plastic salt and pepper mill was on the table- not precisely 5-star hotel-like. I did not come back for many years, and I was unfortunate to see the hotel's decline.
I paid for a river view room, and I had a partial view room. For what I paid, the experience was very disappointing.
