Great location， 2 minutes walking to the metro. Very good service and kind staff. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Location was convenient. Walking distance from the Metro on Wuding road.
Hotel exterior and reception was beautiful and staff was friendly.
Buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Chinese and western breakfast mixed (but no bacon) 😅
We booked the guest room option with a queen bed.
Rooms are very small and have no view.
There was a kettle and some mugs, but no spoons/coffee.
I always bring my own coffee just in case, but didn’t have a spoon to stir.
Not a bad stay, but we’ll definitely try a different hotel next time.

Previously already mentioned i have mixed feelings about this hotel. Great breakfast and great location but in terma of room design it is lacking. I also mentioned dusty room and strange housekeeping times at night. I probably will not come back as it they charge 4 star price for what feels like a 3 star hotel.

The hotel lobby area is nice. They have a full-service bar as well as some recreational activities upon entry. While I expected the room to be small, I was disappointed to see that the shower curtain had black mold on it, and the door had wood chipped away from it, the room also had a very unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an attic in an old home. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I will never stay at this franchise again, and I recommend you consider options nearby rather than this hotel.

在攜程上訂的10月18-10月20日的，含10月19日的早餐，到了酒店店員説幫我升級房型，給我的紙票上寫的是含雙早，我以為就是兩天的早餐。結果10月20日早上去吃飯，餐都打好了，一個服務生説讓我去前台，前台的人説讓我打開攜程查看，最後他説我沒有早餐，我説我看紙票上寫的是含早的，他説紙票上都這樣寫，但是你預訂的是沒有早餐的，大早上七點鐘我沒吃早餐就離開了酒店，越想越生氣，以後再也不來了。

10月1日晚入住，原計劃住三晚，4號退房。但沒想到入住當晚凌晨三點幾實在忍受不了，不得不換酒店，目前住過最差的酒店。
設施: 差差差，空調出風口超級噪並伴有類似叮噹響，同時由於房間細，空調風打到牆上再反彈，我躺在床上，左面一直給風吹着
環境：房間比想象中的細
衞生：不確定，床周邊是7字形黑色的布藝、床頭是黑色皮

the room is dirty, smells really really bad, they should stop using the disinfectant they use to clean the rooms. i felt nauseous the two days i spent there. not worth the price
