The hotel is excellent in terms of room and staff. Location is not the best and hard to get taxis

Room carpets are not clean and amenities are limited. hotel doesn't feel like a four star hotel.

我在這家酒店住宿體驗非常愉快。酒店的複式房間設計非常別緻，而且落地窗設計讓整個房間明亮通透，視野開闊。環境優美，讓人感覺放鬆舒適。服務態度也很好，員工熱情周到。總體來説，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，強烈推薦！

有停車場，這家酒店真的是住過最好的，我家人來上海看病，六個人定了兩個標準間，但是酒店前台人員看我們不方便直接就免費幫我們升成了家庭房，真的太好了🥹真的很感謝🙏這家酒店的工作人員，而且酒店內部也非常乾淨整潔，服務態度非常好，真的再説一次謝謝，非常推薦！！！！！酒店內部房間的佈局也很好👍衞生間也非常乾淨

酒店是一家標準的四星級酒店，從前台，酒店大廳一看就挺高檔，電梯是觀光電梯，共有18層，酒店客房裝修華麗，乾淨衞生，客房的大床睡起來柔軟舒適，位置優越，位於虹口區海倫路地鐵站旁，總之性價比挺高的
