I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on December which is winter in China. The outside temp is -5°C and the hotel has failed to provide hot water. I cannot took shower for 2 nights and they did not even give me any information before that their watwr heater is broken. I contacted the receptionist for 4 times and they always say they will fix it asap. But, until the day I checked out, there's still no hot water. I am very disappointed.

The hotel was fine, but the front desk check in took forever. They needed photos of just about every page of our passport. Breakfast was cheap and good for the price.

Very friendly stuff. They were very helpful.
We didn’t like the original room because of the cigarette smoke smell. Even had to change rooms.
