I had a fantastic stay here recently. Check-in process was smooth.
The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and looked brand new. Bathroom was sparkling clean and clean linens. Room was very comfortable.
Overall, my stay at Magnotel was a pleasure. The cleanliness and efficient check-in made a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
The nearest metro station around 19 minutes walking.

酒店新裝修的，還算乾淨整潔，房間面積上海這邊同價位酒店平均值，整體還過得去。酒店服務人員都比較有禮貌。有兩個問題不太滿意: 1.酒店就在十字路口旁，晚上路上車經過還是有些噪音的。 2. 淋浴水壓太小了，一點點的水連頭頂的花灑都帶不起來，洗澡體驗太差了。最後，酒店WIFI 要跟酒店確認，房間裏以及房卡上並沒有明確指示，不太人性化。

一家不專業的酒店，辦理入住時，沒有給洗漱用品，雖然知道上海房間裏沒有，但是前台也沒給我們，講真…很差勁，剛開始覺得都是一點小事情沒什麼，後來準備上樓的時候發現走廊味道很大，因為是新裝修酒店嗎？但是味道真的太大了，然後和朋友一起出來玩，準備想換一家酒店的，但朋友説太累了，又不想動，後來進到房間房間裏面味道小一點，但是衞生真的很差。馬桶裏麪都還有臟東西，還有窗户外面還有個陽台一樣的平台，裏面更是臟亂差，忘記拍照了……不會再去第二次

酒店房型面積都不會大，要了不臨街的，很安靜，非常不錯。
酒店前台業務不是很熟，問他附近有沒有葯店，他説很遠，建議找外賣送葯，好吧。
隔天我就發現，過一個紅綠燈就有一個大葯房，直線和步行距離也就50米，這……

周圍環境好，出門打車方便，房間收拾得乾淨，早餐也不錯，店家服務好，原來預訂的房間是朝大街的，我睡眠很輕，跟店家説了之後免費給升級一個教好的環境

前台服務很好，環境衞生乾淨，早餐簡簡單單很乾凈，特別綠豆粥現煮的特別香，喝了2碗。趕上節假日退房的時候店長還送了小禮物。

非常不錯，很新，沒有異味，性價比還是很高的！坐公交也很方便，去靜安區都不遠，來上海還是住酒店好，民宿真的一言難盡，打車也很方便，到哪裡都不遠

房間衞生很乾凈，洗漱用品自行在前台拿取，春節假期預訂的，前台還免費升級了房間，人很nice，酒店附近坐公交車去外灘、南京路步行街和豫園都挺方便的，下次一家人旅行來上海還是會訂白玉蘭酒店

一開始入住的是1.35米床的單間，温馨舒適，但是同層的師生毫無社會公德心不分早晚大叫吵鬧，我投訴到酒店，立馬給我換房，態度很好，還是個鴨鴨的主題房，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。
