1，好處就是位置優越，距離南京步行街很近
2，門口的蟹料小籠包，拌麪很好吃，必吃。
3，裝修很差，床是三合板釘的架子，被褥潮氣大，隔音很差，隔壁洗澡的水流聲，聽的很清楚。
4，整個賓館的電視無信號，不能使用
5，雙床房衹有一間帶窗户（已被訂），其他都是無窗，通風差

如果讓我再選一次，更願意在元旦假期，450元價位去距離更遠的地方找個環境更好的連鎖酒店，或者花更多的錢換一個附近更好的酒店。
賓館體檢不好，圖片看不出真實效果。如果在乎酒店環境和居住環境的不推薦
衹考慮距離南京步行街近，可以考慮。

性價比很低，
環境：不太好衞生間沒有門用的簾子，上樓進房間門就是開的，整體不大東西少，但離周邊旅遊比較近

衞生不乾淨，環境不好，房間有氣味，隔音差，不推薦入住，空調開了一夜在這種還不是很冷的天氣晚上竟然被凍醒，設施陳舊，出差那麼多次最糟糕的一次，非常後悔
