"Hotel located in the municipality of Segrate, an 8-minute drive from San Raffaele Hospital. The hotel is nice and quiet, with comfortable and clean rooms, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. A generous breakfast buffet is served. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it."

"The hotel residence is surrounded by a nice environment with separate pedestrian and vehicle access, making it suitable for walks. The hotel itself is somewhat outdated. The only downside was that I booked a room with a terrace and prepaid, but upon arrival, they said they couldn't find the reservation. I showed them my booking confirmation, and after searching for a while, they said someone had already checked in. I was shocked; how could someone have checked in so soon after I arrived? It's very likely the hotel made a mistake. After finally getting my room key, I discovered the room didn't have a terrace. Going back to the front desk, they casually said: "Terrace availability depends on room availability." But I should have gotten the room type I booked; either it's unavailable, or if it is, it needs to be matched. Anyway, this experience was quite unpleasant. I was already exhausted and didn't want to argue, and I was only staying two nights. I will never book this residence again. The NH 2 Hotel across the street is much better—easy parking, and the staff are relatively more friendly."
