loved the coffee in the coffee shop downstairs! it’s in the middle of everything which is perfect and staff was very helpful and friendly!

Centrally located in a busy commercial & shops district. Only valet parking available for $55/day; however public parking lot adjacent to the hotel offered cheaper daily rate. There was a destination fees $22/day that will apply at checkout. Room amenities include coffee & teas. Ice will be provided upon request. Small gym was available on the 2nd floor.
Male staffs were friendly at check-in; female staffs were curt & borderline rude when contacted via telephone regarding room upgrade.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was perfect for two people. I payed for city view and didn’t get that. Also, they don’t clean the room it’s optional and you have to let the front desk know. We decided to schedule it, they didn’t clean it only made the bed. A coffee cup was left there, wrappers etc.
I had some issues with the deposit and called for clarification the lady from the front desk was rude and inpatient. It happened actually twice I called before the trip for some clarification and same issue, front desk people weren’t nice. Also, they charge a resort fee, it should be included in the price of the hotel.

Hotel Theodore is a very nice hotel that’s located in a prime location in downtown Seattle. 5-10 minute walk from amazing dining and attractions

Great location. Near Paramount Theater, Convention Center, light rail and other attractions. Great staff. Very accommodating. Self-parking is disconnected from the hotel but super close (no in and out privileges though). Cafe and restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms are spacious though bathrooms are a little small. Good sized fitness center.

The hotel is clean and the staff were great. I would only suggest maybe hire more employees for the coffee shop. Wait times to get coffee was a bit ridiculous.

Check In was fantastic - room was beautiful (Claw Foot Tub Suite). Great views, clean. Customer Service though was not as expected as my stay continued. No room service, no food pick up at the restaurant, no late check out options. Just cold flat tones by staff. I’d expect more friendly hospitality for the amount the room cost. Bummer because it’s a beautiful hotel.
