Service is general, room facilities are old, especially air conditioning, very old and some places are rusty. The pillow is small and there is no long pillow. The bathroom is relatively clean, the coffee machine is small but not very clean. The room is not 13 square meters, it is bigger. Breakfast is really average and there is too little to eat. When eating, the waiter sprayed cleaning agents on the table next to the table, and felt very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

This wonderful hotel has been my go-to hotel in this area ever since a client booked me here several years ago and I think it’s time for a re-review, since hotels sometimes change over time. This one has not and is as good as ever. I have stayed in every kind of hotel in this country and abroad and this ranks as my absolute favorite place to stay, exceeding even any five-star hotel I’ve stayed at. Why would I say that? My first concern is always safety, and here I feel completely safe and comfortable going and coming at any time of day or night. Second, this hotel is as clean, maybe cleaner, than my home, inside and out, in the room, the hallways the lobby, the grounds. The room and bathroom are spacious, with all the usual amenities, the water pressure is good, the room is easily cooled or heated, and the internet works well. All the things that I look for in a good hotel are qualities this one possesses and have possessed in all my visits. What makes this one so special? Walk into the hotel, and the lobby has a very welcoming feel, with two separate areas where one can sit comfortably on couches and chairs and visit with friends. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful – no formality here – and there on the counter, a plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies. There is hot coffee and juice 24-hours a day. There are stacks of three different local newspapers there for the taking, and even some local magazines. The breakfast is pretty normal for this kind of hotel: bagels and packaged muffins, eggs, sausages, a waffle-maker, cereal – all the usual things. All of it is quite acceptable, nothing special here but quite satisfying. The only fault is that the breakfast area, though well-arranged, is limited by its size and always crowded both in the eating area and the serving area. There is an outside patio if the weather permits. They do the best they can with the space they have and if you want something more, there’s an outstanding family restaurant about ten minutes away. If there is one word to describe this hotel and my experiences here over the years, it would be “reliable,” It is for sure consistently above average, year round and year to year.

They have the GREATEST, Professional workers I have ever dealt with in any of the Hotels that I have stayed at across the Country. They know what being ”Courtesy” means. They have a good spread for Breakfast food, Comfortable beds, Great Housekeepers, Great Front desk workers, Awesome Managers. They treat you like Family.. On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give them a 15. They have Good, Clean rooms. They CARE about their Guests.
