I had to stay on the coastal island with checkin on Sunday morning, the disappointment started, the reception was shut down, the guest was afraid to come in. Exterior parking, 3 houses before and you have to go back from re and come out of the hotel with the baggage, a danger!!! . In front of the hotel, a security that doesn't even give good night. You are unsure whether you are a guest, someone from the neighborhood, or even a threat, in the face of the world we live; worse, when we arrive and the parking is closed; we have to go to the reception and ask to open and then go back to parking the car. In my case, it was still under rain. Among the things that the hotel offers, it has electric shower, but it doesn't work. I came under rain and I had to take a freezer bath every day. When I went to complain, I heard that the problem is that they work with solar energy, and as it was raining in the city, it doesn't work and I'm satisfied, because it was general in all rooms. After three nights, the problem persisting, I spoke to the receptionist who said he believed the problem had been solved, and I went to the room just to take that warm bath so expected. I came in the corridor, all shut down, I had to call the cell lamp to find my room. When I turn the shower, what happened???? Without water in the shower! How can you, so absurd together?? Some very well-educated staff have tried to apologize for the incident and offered me to change my room. Finally, we checked that the shower was beginning to warm ... But when they left, I went to bath, cold water!!! I understand that despite the good will of the staff and the attempt to minimize my insatisfaction, the fact is that the hotel does not have a hot shower, another establishment that does not meet the offer. I am really disappointed. I don't know how a hotel can work in this way!

I enjoyed it very well, comfortable bed, clean and soft towels and comfortable room, ice-fridge air conditioning and very good breakfast. It seems to be a hotel not so new, but it is noticeable that they are investing in improvements such as reforms, painting and, when I was hosted, the pool was in maintenance. Good location, avenue with various stores and restaurants.

Hotel has a private parking including on the daily, located on the sandy tip , near the Bay of São Marcos and the Shopping São Luís , has no pool, the room I stayed was viewed to the Jansen Lagoa, Where I had air conditioning and shower Good breakfast, I arrived early from check in time ( 14:00 hs) without pre-reservation and I was well attended and they made available the early entry.Finally, great cost benefit!

The hotel is simple, some positive points staff are very nice and demanding. The room I stayed is great, the view of the room was the bottom. The breakfast opens early because I went out to Barriers and some other guests too, the only negative point: the short time I had to spend twice in the bathroom near the pool and he was clean.

These are the things wrong during our last stay at Luzeiros in São Luís, Maranhão: * Check in process: We arrived at 1pm and it took 1 hour to go through the check-in line. Another 25 minutes to actually do the check-in. The reason, you may ask? The attendant kept getting on the phone and going in and out of their office during our interaction. Our room wasn’t ready so we waited another hour. I asked if we had to go back in line to pick up the key. He said now. When we returned, he sent us to the line. * Room: We had the executive suite, so we expected top line service. Instead, we had to wipe down all surfaces once we saw that both night stands has sticky stains on them, from what we think were drinks (we hope so). Every wipe we used ended up brown with dust/dirt. * Front desk service/bellmen service: We asked the front desk if we needed to bring our own luggage and they said no that the bellmen would bring up. We go up to the room to wait. Fifteen minutes passed by. Then thirty. I call the front desk, no answer. I call housekeeping, no answer. I call room service, no answer. I call my aunt to see if she can get a hold of them, so she calls from her own phone. They answer right away. She complains that we still have not received our luggage and that this is outrageous. We received our luggage 5 minutes later. No apologies from the Front Desk. * Elevator: No AC - just two vents blowing hot air as you fight to get your room key to be scanned by the elevator machine so you can press your number. If your card doesn’t work, you have to stand on the side and ask for a new one. * Hallways and public bathroom in lobby: No AC. Just enjoy the walk in these steamy common areas. * Food: We had lunch while we waited for our food. The buffet had left-over, dried up food that had no taste and was chewy. The waiters all congregated around the cash register as people waited in line to pay their checks. When not there, they would run back to the kitchen. I had to go the kitchen to order our drinks. The waiter brought our drinks and never came back. * Room service food: All their appetizers were salty but good. We ordered food with the pre-authorization to charge to our room. One of the attendants forced my husband to pay when she delivered the food. After calling the front desk 3 times to let them know, they finally answered and the issued was resolved. We tried to eat the food but the chicken soup and the strogonoff we’re sour, like they’ve gone back. We ate a little of their white rice and ask for a refund. That took another 40 minutes. We ordered 2 breakfasts orders on our last day for 4 people. I told them on the phone. They sent all quantities for 2 people. I felt defeated so I didn’t have energy to complain. Here are a few of the things that went right: * Laundry service: They were efficient and fast and responsive. * Bartender service in the lobby: The attendant was very nice and service was fast * Housekeeping: I would call every day to let th
