Lovely old hotel. The room overlooked the ocean and small beach. Very nice staff . Breakfast is a buffet and had everything you would want. We felt that with a bit of a sympathetic upgrade this hotel could be worth a n the next level. They had a lovely terrace at front that wasn’t really used . Only for breakfast. This would be a lovely place to sit with a couple of sofas. Lots of lovely old features but the rooms were contemporary and worked well.they have a great restaurant right across the road on a platform on the sea. Great food We would definitely go back. There is a very lively bar right next door so try and get a room as far away as possible.

Just returned from an 8-night stay here with my 14y old daughter and we both agree that it was one of the best Summer holidays ever. The hotel is just perfect and fully deserves every start it's got. The layout, ambient, pool, rooms, breakfast buffet and facilities are all excellent and everything feels very clean and secure. The staff are super friendly without exception and most guests appear to be return visitors (and we will be too now!). We had a 1-bedroom apartment with pool view (No.301). The room was spacious and the beds and even the sofa bed super comfortable. Aircon works well and is not noisy. Two TVs with plenty of channels. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook if you wanted to. We just used the fridge, kettle and microwave though. Towels & bedding is great quality. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Great variety and all tastes fresh and delicious. There are even fresh churros and sparkling wine if you feel like it every morning! The coffee machine dispenses good coffee. For tea drinkers I'd suggest to bring your own bags (I always do when going on hols). The pool is spacious and safe for all levels of swimmers. There are sufficient sunbeds and parasols and no issue with people blocking beds all day. Pool towels are provided and the pool snack bar is also very good. The fries are delicious! The hotel has a big car park and is away from the main part of the town, so very quiet. The 10 minute stroll into town along the habour is very pleasant. We will definitely return.

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

Ухоженная территория, бассейны, фитнес, тропинки, можно отлично отдохнуть. Отель не очень детский, но детская комната есть и дочка ходила туда с удовольствием, спасибо Софии. Номера большие, у нас была терраса с лежаками, качественная косметика. Единственный минус (для меня) - это очень маленькая душевая кабина. В целом, отель очень понравился, как и Майорка.

4 star rating overall from me. There are imperfections, but I wouldn't read too much in to some of the recent very negative reviews. Located at the far end of Magaluf, towards Cala Vinyes, but within 10 minutes or so walk of the ”bright lights” of the ***** if wanted. I caught public bus A11 from the airport which takes around 40 minutes and drops less than a 10 minute walk away - all for the princely sum of 6.75 euros (that becomes cheaper if you tap on and off using a contactless card - but mine wouldn't work). A taxi is c. 50 euros. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away out of the front door, albeit the slope / steps are quite steep and, not untypically for Spain, it appears the last couple of steps were never properly finished so have to be exited sidewards. We were a group of middle aged lads, occupying three rooms, one in block 2 (above reception) and two in block 1. The rooms varied but were all clean and tidy, TVs had a choice of UK channels, and (large refillable type) shampoo and shower gel were provided. My mini fridge was fully stocked (water, beer and soft drinks), but the other two rooms weren't (maybe because I'm a Hyatt club member and booked directly?). My safety deposit box needed a new battery that I had to follow up on day 2 for it to be fixed (they wanted me to be present to fix it). This hotel, that I suspect was born from amalgamation of 2 or maybe even 3 hotels, tries to be all things to all people - with clients ranging from young families with children, through couples, groups and the retired. It is large, with multiple pools, and a choice of food and drink venues were available (noting recent reviews about a slow start to the season, low occupancy and limited choice etc). Late afternoon check in was smooth and efficient for me, but I appreciate if bus loads arrive at the same time it could be lengthy. We were all inclusive and food and drink was generally good, albeit as others have noted, you need to keep an eye on things being fully cooked - we had to waste some under cooked chicken. Labelling was also an issue with some missing and others confused - baked beans labelled as ”small black pudding” being an example. See sample menus from Tapas and Burger ”Market Street” venues. We were able to use these ”specialities” at leisure, but I suspect they might be limited or need to be pre-booked in high season. There are some anomalies about what drinks are included - some cocktails are and others aren't. For example, Mojito is extra? The entertainment during our stay was mixed. The (newly arrived) team work hard, but things weren't perfect - the promised music quiz on our last night wasn't delivered for example. That said, the live singers weren't bad. We had a Beatles tribute band, and 90s retro live singers. The pools aren't heated, but were fine once you got in - the weather being mid 20's and sunny when I was there (9th to 13th May). We visited this hotel as a couple in our late 20s, in April 2022. Our first time abroad since the pandemic, so we were looking forward to it. The hotel was very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and always said hello. The pool area was so quiet, we had it to ourselves often. The decor was fairly modern, standard for a budget hotel. A big supermarket just a few minutes walk away, through a park area at the bottom of the road. The beach was a ten minute walk (although it is up hill coming back). Perfect location for the bus stop to visit Palma. On this basis, it was a great budget hotel for a break away. However, the noise was almost unbearable. El Arenal is a popular party location, with large bars/clubs aimed at German tourists. Which of course,means lots of drunk people. There was absolutely no sound proofing in the hotel room. You could hear every word in the surrounding rooms. You could also hear the loud noise made by the lift, which was in constant use around the clock. One afternoon there was a fight in the room next door, and it sounded like they threw furniture at the walls! I only had between 3 and 5 hours sleep a night, due to loud/drunk people leaving, arriving and just hanging out in the corridors and in their rooms at all sorts of hours. I've stayed in lots of budget hotels in Europe, and hostels but never experienced noise like this. I saw the reviews but assumed it would be fine, but it really is as noisy as everyone says. The first night, I was scrolling through hotel websites at 3am to try and find somewhere else to stay as it was too loud to sleep, although due to cost we decided to just put up with it. This hotel is probably perfect if you want to stay somewhere low cost and want to party/stay up late every night or are a very deep sleeper! It was clean, had semi comfortable beds and pillows, and an okay shower. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday now that restrictions have been dropped.

A very pleasant hotel in every relationship. We are here for 3 days and enthusiastic. Today is our 1. The rain day, but with the great pool (Very pleasant water temperature), large, well-equipped fitness room and sauna you can well overlooking the time. First of all: It's quite warm throughout the house, we've experienced differently in Mallorca too. In the restaurant we eat well. Also the massage of Kathy? was the money value. Thank you very much to the entire team in the house, continue to ensure this pleasant atmosphere.
