Strandhotels in San Juan

No breakfast at the hotel, the hotel does not have a kettle, but there is a microwave and coffee maker. We went for 3 people, and the room had a standard double bed. If there were 3-4 people, we could put a double bed on the wall of the room. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the Atlantic Ocean, but the beach here is relatively large, and those who like surfing can surf.

It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

The sea view room is very beautiful and the overall environment is good. However, the hotel's overall facilities are not very new and slightly lacking. Environmental hygiene is not very satisfactory. After eating something on the balcony of the room, many ants came out and went to the room. However, ants are also normal in tropical regions. Secondly, Ctrip's fee does not include the resort fee, which is about 40USD per day. But when booking on Ctrip, Ctrip did not have to pay other fees.

The starting point of Condado beach has its own beach and swimming pool, the hotel lobby is modern and the bay view is beautiful. There is no option to include breakfast in the booking. You can only add it to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is small, and the taste is more suitable for Americans. However, there are 24-hour fast food restaurants nearby, Starbucks, the best Chinese restaurant new taste. The front desk is polite and the pool security is polite.

The staff were more than helpful, from the second we walked in Lewis immediately greeted us with drinks (free open bar) and gave us great tips on how to start our vacation. Also the communication between staff was top notch! I will most definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

The hotel is uniquely located at the beachfront, with beautiful scenery and bright sunshine. Sitting on the beach, watching the tides, strolling in the resort complex, and swimming in the beautiful pool, great!
