"What a delightful little hotel. It is situated in the middle of the Lanzarote vineyards with some lovely views towards two volcanoes. The rooms are large and simple, but with plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom is also very good. Whilst the hotel is just off a main road, it is quiet. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but quite adequate. Dinner in the evening was excellent. There was a large range of interesting dishes and the service was very good. Whilst we didn’t use the facilities, there was a pool and a sauna, within the garden. The team at the hotel were quite exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return"

"The whole place is a complete mess; if you value harmony and tranquility, you won't find it here. Maintenance is lacking everywhere, everything needs a fresh coat of paint, and the "gardens" are full of weeds (which is understandable given the unusually heavy rains, but they're still easily removed) – all in all, it needs a lot of work to become a true "oasis of peace." What is very endearing is the obvious love for animals. However, this love is also the main focus, as one gentleman (whose name I don't know) will look at you as if you're unwelcome and a nuisance. A guest shouldn't feel that way. It's a shame, because with a smile and a better atmosphere, they could easily persuade some guests to overlook these shortcomings."
