"I had a great stay at the Kensington Hotel!! I liked that the room was so clean!! The soundproofing was so good that I had a great sleep at night!! I was very satisfied with the water pressure as an amenity!! Not to mention the view, all rooms have ocean views, so you can enjoy a beautiful view no matter which room you choose! The best of them all is the meal. Delicious food was prepared as a buffet, and the quality of all the food was very good!! Highly recommended!"

"This place is very spacious for a family. It’s not elegant, but has what you would need while traveling . The best thing, for sure, is the view of the ocean. Easy parking, nice staff. Found kitchen helpful, but there were very few pots and sparse on other kitchen items"

"I stayed at the Saipan Beach Hotel for 3 weeks on a recent work trip. The beach is on your doorstep and its close to shops and restaurants. It's very clean and secure, the bed was comfortable and there is excellent wifi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the owners were particularly caring and have thought of lots of little things to make the stay more comfortable. They were very welcoming and really made it a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to people on business or holiday."
