"The Plantation House is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and to shops in Rye. When we arrived we were met by Charles (the owner) who showed us to our room and gave us a brief intro to the facility. Our room included breakfast, and we were given a choice of several main courses and various cereals. Charles is an excellent chef, and over our stay we enjoyed various french toast and egg dishes. He also gave us several recommendations to local attractions, including Moonlit Wildlife Sanctuary and an amazing sculpture garden at Pt Leo Estate (a local winery). Charles was a gracious host, and we highly recommend this B&B."

You can walk 100 meters to the beach, a motorized amusement park, and a children's amusement park all next to each other. There are many roadside dining options. It is recommended to choose a room on the ground floor. The hotel has stairs and luggage is troublesome because it is One bedroom and one living room type, good soundproofing for sleeping"

"Kijk eens in, als je in de kamer zit... is er een oude, oude smaak. Ik persoonlijk ben niet zo gek op, het grootste probleem is dat de vloer erg slecht is, niet durven om te kleden of te dragen in de kamer. Het meest vreselijke is dat ik geen foto's heb genomen, de shower is allemaal leeg, en het is een oud gevoel, meneer slaapt ook gewoon. Maar de locatie is handig, twee minuten rijden naar de zee, en een Griekse voedselstukken zijn lekker."
