"Overall, we were quite satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there's a private parking lot right at the entrance. They also offer a free shuttle service to their sister property for hot spring access. The sink faucet should also probably be replaced; you absolutely cannot turn it on too high. I didn't realize this at first, and when I casually lifted the handle, water splashed all over me."
