"Upon arrival, we were greeted like special guests. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. After being shown our room, we asked for a change. Without hesitation, they prepared another room. The pool was relaxing, and the whole vibe was peaceful. We were so comfortable. We can't say enough about the staff. They were exceptional. They also hooked us up with an excellent guide, and we had a fabulous day touring the island off the beaten path."

"The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is ideal for visiting the centre and south of the Dominican Republic. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable bed and there is air conditioning . The bathroom is functional. We were on the 3rd floor without lift side street and we still hear the noise from outside. But it doesn't prevent sleeping. The staff at the reception was very friendly, but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to take breakfast or dinner because staff were absent (there is tea and coffee in free service).
