The location is perfect, near the Termini station which connects you everywhere you go. Termini station is not exactly safe as there are many homeless people camping and roaming around. We felt that the hotel was safe as the doors were locked and security guard is on duty to service the guests.

It is easy to find the hotel by car at night. The hotel is in the restricted area of Rome ’s ZTL vehicles. It is not restricted to drive in and out of the hotel on Sunday. The night appearance of the hotel is dotted with star lights, which are very bright and conspicuous. There is a small square at the door and a fountain in the center. Self-driving parking is very convenient and can also be parked in front of the hotel. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and chic. The large windows can be opened, the triple rooms are larger, a large bed is 1.8 meters, and a small bed at the door is 0.9 meters. The shower didn't drain well enough, and it spread to the feet every 5 minutes. The floor is a wooden floor that the whole family loves, and it is always clean. Despite facing the street, closing the window and sleeping quietly at night. The breakfast was very generous, everything was very delicious, and it was very satisfying overall!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. Booking was easy, I ended up needing a few changes n they always responded promptly. Upon arrival we were greeted n treated like vip. The room was amazing! Just what we needed to relax and accommodate my last minute w/c need. We always had the refrigerator full of waters after a long day site seeing. Breakfast was spectacular, such a variety, something for everyone! On the last leg of our trip I got sick (not covid) and needed to go to hospital. Amelio was amazing, compassionate and so helpful! He, instead of giving direction to hospital, sent us back to our room and had the doctor come to the room! The doctor was so kind and took care of my needs immediately. I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel! We will definitely be returning for our next European adventure since this one didn’t go quite as planned. I wish I could give more that 5 stars as they deserve it!

Location is great, but does have a few down sides: located on a very busy street and had quite a noisy AC unit, so to get cool, fresh air and open the window, it was loud all night. We stayed 4 nights and Friday and Saturday were the worst. Staff were very nice and helpful (they had the AC filter changed when it smelled funny and unit said, “change filter”). But that didn’t help the noise. :( I really liked the mattress; my husband, not so much. It was the 1st bed that had a box spring as well as mattress. Room was quite small, and only one small garbage can. Did have a fridge, and the strangest thing, a 1st for us, a TV incorporated into the mirror in the bathroom (reception was very bad though!). Shower was kinda cool, with spraying jets and rain shower, and changing lights. These 2 things were a bit excessive and really not necessary. There is a lift which is really good for heavy suitcases. But beware! No breakfast included! They advertise that they have breakfast, but you have to pay, and it’s not even in the same building. Rome is very expensive, and finding a place with a good location (this was right across the street from the Opera House and close to everything you’d want to see in Rome) is tough, but if you don’t mind a small room with a noisy street, this place does work. Staff are only there part-time: usually 8-4 or 5 during the day. We saw a number of people coming in after hours and had problems getting their rooms. Housekeeping is great!

It's easy to find from the train station and it's about 15 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. It's easy to walk to the Vatican because the subway station is close. Be careful with others .... There was a closet in the room and a spare bedding. I stayed with three small carriers and added room cleaning, towels and shampoo every day (Amenity only has shampoo, so take the rest or buy it) There was also a kettle and coffee, and I don't know because I don't use breakfast, but there are many marts near the restaurant supermarket across the street from the small restaurant right under the hotel. There's a coin laundry nearby. - Hey. The reception staff and the cleaning staff are so friendly ~ The hostel was quiet and the bathroom was clean. Thanks to you, I have a good rest ~~

We are a family of 3 and stayed for 3 nights at Demetra. The room was clean and modern and had good TV signal which we could get english channels on. The only down side was there was no mirrors other than the one in the bathroom so this made it difficult when getting ready but worked round it. The air con just needs to be requested from reception but this was done with no bother at all. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive. The receteam were also helpful The location was great. Everything within a 15-30 walk. We didn't use any public transport.
