We were extremely satisfied with everything – the beautiful location, the exceptionally nice, clean and spacious rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcome and genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. We would especially like to praise the organization of the ski shuttle. The driver is exceptionally pleasant and kind. We have never experienced such a well-organized system anywhere else – truly 10/10. The breakfast was excellent – everything very tasty and of high quality. The same goes for dinner. All the waiters were very friendly, attentive, and even knew how to joke with the guests, which created a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding and the design is beautiful. The afternoon snack is a fantastic idea and a very nice addition to the day. The SPA is exceptional. There are many features there that we have not seen anywhere else, and we travel a lot and try many hotels. The pool water was very warm and the massage area in the pool is amazing – we have never experienced such a good massage area in a pool before. The infrared sauna was also excellent. Everything the hotel offers is on a very high level, and you can really see that everything is done with heart. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. We honestly have no complaints at all. We will definitely return and warmly recommend this hotel to everyone."
