"Stayed at this Travelodge with my wife for an over-night stay on June 3rd and I must say, it was one of the best Travelodge Hotels I have stayed in. The location is just yards from the beach, which i great fun when windy. The room s were clean, warm and great value for money. The Hotel has a Bar and a restaurant. The food was great as was the drink. The staff are so friendly from reception to bar to cleaning staff. We both had a great nights sleep and there was little to no noise. Thank you Travelodge Rhyl."

"We hadden een mooi verblijf bij Premier Inn Rhuddlan en waren over het algemeen heel blij. Het personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en alles voelde zich zeer welkom. Het badkamervloer was vrij koud, dus een badmachine zou echt helpen. Het ontbijt en de dimmer duurde een beetje langer dan verwacht, en het zou geweldig zijn om ook een paar halal voedsel opties. Over het algemeen, we hebben ons verblijf echt genoten en zouden blij zijn om terug te komen!"

"STOP DONT PANIC!!! Like you I read the reviews and was worried about what I had booked, BUT I shouldn’t have worried. We stayed over Easter weekend and wow we had the best time. The caravan was clean and had everything we needed. The site itself was great 2 club houses a clean pool and a lovely cafe. The entertainment was great and we enjoyed the afternoon entertainment in the sports bar with great singers. The staff were helpful and the entertainment team were amazing. Had some amazing laughs and will definitely be back. There is lots to visit in the surrounding area including a lovely waterfall with a cute little tea room."

"The front of house, bar/restaurant staff were fantastic and were ran ragged. The bar and restaurant looked good, But the hotel it self was so disappointing. The corridors looked scruffy and dirty. You could here people walking around above your rooms, I could even here people talking in the next room. I've never had this issue at other premier inns, so I didn't get the best of sleep. The room didn't have enough towels for two so I had to get more, which was hard work because the staff are ran ragged in the restaurant, they don't have anyone on the desk full time. Not like other premier inns. The room looked scruffy and didn't feel clean, again never had an issue at other premier inns. This was a disappointing stay. Again the staff are great here. Just a shame about the hotel it just needs some TLC."

"Alles over het hotel vanuit het uitstekende personeel tot de schoonheid en comfort van de kamer was uitstekend. Het enige wat er werd neergelegd was het restaurant, het ontbijt was goed, hoewel de zwarte pudding niet een dag werd gekoeld, het was gecremeerd. In de avondservice was langzaam. Ons maaltijd werd geboekt voor 6:30 elke avond gemiddeld was het twee uur voordat we ons maaltijd hadden afgemaakt. Om een of andere reden heeft het restaurant slechts 3 sterren voor inspectie."

"Ik raad om ergens anders te blijven, Ik weet zeker dat het een HMO was de eerste nacht was verschrikkelijk met deuren bangende muziek blazen en mensen rondlopen overal, we waar op de derde verdieping op de achterkant, dus geen behoefte om iemand onze kamer te passeren!!!!!!! De man op de receptie wilde onze bank details, ook al was het cash payment? Hij nam ons geld door een kleine gap aan de top van een scherm dekking receptie, de kamer moest slecht bijwerken, hoewel schoon. Alleen 3 andere gasten bij het ontbijt (wat goed was) die de hele geluid maakte was een mysterie, geeft u het alstublieft een miss, omdat het niet eens een onderhandelingsprijs slechte plek was ☹️☹️"

"We have just left here after a 5 day stay. Caravan clean and tidy, we did have a problem with getting locked in the toilet and bedroom. Doors would only open from outside. Large wheelie bins didn’t have lids and were over full, so problems with seagulls making a mess with the rubbish. Only one toilet in girls toilet in club house would flush. Reported it on first day but didn’t get fixed the whole time. Entertainment was ok, first singer Dane? Was good and entertaining. Kids disco ok, evening singers (the ones we seen) could have more personality. Shame there was no Bingo or family quizzes, we were expecting more. Pool was clean and tidy and well managed. Lots of kids running around the site with seemingly no parents though. Food venues not restaurants as i had expected, only kiosk type venues and closed before 9. Good location for exploring the town of Rhyl which was nice, good places to eat, things for kids to do and a good pool with slides. Overall good but could do better."
