"I advise staying elsewhere, I'm sure it was a HMO the first night was horrendous with doors banging music blasting and people running about everywhere, we where on the 3rd floor at the back, so no need for anyone to pass our room!!!!!!! The guy on reception wanted our bank details even though it was cash payment ? He took our money through a little gap at the top of a screen covering reception, the room badly needed updating although clean . Only seen 3 other guests at breakfast ( which was ok) who was making all the noise was a mystery, please give it a miss as it wasn't even a bargain price poor place☹️☹️"

"Room was really dirty told staff they offered one free drink for me and kids. Some staff were OK but most staff need training in how to be polite to customers. Won't be returning. Here are just some photos I took. I have a video of bathroom but can't upload."

"Briljant, probeerde te boeken Rhyl aan zee, volledig geboekt, geboekt Rhuddlan 5 minuten, letterlijk (10 ft van 20 mijl per uur beperking), laadt beter, op de deurstep Aldi, pub, Starbucks, KFC. 1 min beneden het wegrestaurant Indiaan. Ik ben van Bradford, het eten hier was absoluut mooi. Village 5 minuten (wandelen), lokale winkels 2/3 pubs. Taxi van hier naar Rhyl, voor een pub crawl, taxi terug, beter dan in Rhyl te blijven, goedkoop. Gaat in adem terug. Het personeel is op de bal, welkom, helpend, je voelt/zij zijn veilig, ze zorgen ervoor"

"We have just left here after a 5 day stay. Caravan clean and tidy, we did have a problem with getting locked in the toilet and bedroom. Doors would only open from outside. Large wheelie bins didn’t have lids and were over full, so problems with seagulls making a mess with the rubbish. Only one toilet in girls toilet in club house would flush. Reported it on first day but didn’t get fixed the whole time. Entertainment was ok, first singer Dane? Was good and entertaining. Kids disco ok, evening singers (the ones we seen) could have more personality. Shame there was no Bingo or family quizzes, we were expecting more. Pool was clean and tidy and well managed. Lots of kids running around the site with seemingly no parents though. Food venues not restaurants as i had expected, only kiosk type venues and closed before 9. Good location for exploring the town of Rhyl which was nice, good places to eat, things for kids to do and a good pool with slides. Overall good but could do better."
