Maximaal 1 uur. hygiëneproducten verstrekt, maar de hoeveelheden zijn erg klein: 2 toiletpapier voor 4 personen gedurende 3 dagen, gewoon nee? Verplicht om toiletpapier te vragen bij ontvangst. Wat jammer voor zo'n hotel. De stad is niet eens erg veilig. Jij kent de regio niet zoals ik. Ik raad je aan om een hotel in de buurt van Saint-Malo te nemen."

"Very pleasant stay at the hotel, the room is lovely and clean. The parking is extremely safe and secure. The service by a man named Christof was excellent. Our only issue was the TV not working properly, but overall we had a great stay."

"The room is practical and comfortable. It's small, but that's in keeping with the price, which isn't very high either. The breakfast, with scrambled eggs and bacon, is excellent. The downside is the lack of reception outside of a few hours at the end of the day. The rest of the time, you have to check in at an automatic terminal. You then receive a six-digit code that unlocks the room and the parking lot. Guests who arrive in the evening or at night, when the parking lot is closed, therefore, cannot enter. They park outside, then look for the terminal. And if it breaks down, well, it's annoying... It should be added that this is a stopover hotel: when you arrive, you've traveled hundreds of kilometers and you're exhausted. The first morning, the terminal was broken due to incorrect handling by guests. When we entered our supposedly non-smoking room, there was a very strong, persistent and unpleasant smell of cigarettes, impossible to get rid of through the half-open window. If we had had a real receptionist, we could have asked them to unlock the security to open the window wide and get rid of the smell, but that's an option that isn't available on the terminal. And then, when you arrive somewhere, with hundreds of kilometers under your belt, you like a human being to welcome you. In short, the machine never really replaces the human. And I'm not convinced that it's more financially interesting because of the reservations lost due to the terminal being out of order, knowing that it's faster to go to a competing hotel than to call the number provided."

"The bed in the room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a bathtub, the hot water was quite flushed, there was no coffee machine and a kettle, and there was a small refrigerator. Good location, very close to the city center, overall OK."

"Dit was een prachtige plek om te blijven, in het midden van het oudste gebied van Rennes, in een zeer oud gebouw waar de historische kenmerken werden behouden terwijl een moderne badkamer werd toegevoegd. De kamer was comfortabel en pleziervol, en de eigenaren waren niet helpend. Ik had mijn been pijn gedaan voordat ik wou blijven en het enige probleem voor mij was dat er geen lift was. (Een lift zou niet mogelijk zijn geweest zonder het historische karakter van het gebouw te ondermijnen). Een mooi ontbijt in de accommodatie. Hotel was slechts stappen van restaurants en winkels. Toen ik uitkwam, was er een voetenrace die de straten blokkeerde en de taxi om me naar het treinstation kwam niet. De eigenaar (eigenaar?) nam mijn grote koffer en ging met mij naar de metro die recht naar het treinstation ging!!! "

"The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until 2:00 am. The hotel is a 2.5 star than the 3-star hotel."
