When trying to view the scenery from the standing window, it is covered by mist in the morning, defeating the purpose that we want to book this cabin in the first place."

"1. Amazing Location – Located inside Kinabalu National Park (they're the only one inside) so you can imagine the fresh air and the amazing view. Wasnt sure if the mountain we saw early in the morning was the Kinabalu Mountain but it was majestic nevertheless. 2. Spacious Room – We booked the Hill Lodge with two single beds and included with the room are (i) two lounge chairs, (ii) one vanity table, (iii) one open closet, (iv) one balcony. Amazing space if you're looking for a quite and peaceful getaway. Sound proofing was definitely bad but since the location is in the park, you'll only hear birds most of the time. They're located away from the traffic. 3. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner – Breakfast is included but we ordered takeaway food for dinner from their restaurant. Both are amazing and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of options to choose from for breakfast and they also offer buffet for dinner but we opted for ala carte meals only. Nevertheless, both were amazing. Definitely recommended to atleast get their breakfast and/or dinner buffet. 4. Parking – Plenty of parking spaces provided right infront of the rooms. You dont have to carry your belongings too far. 5. Amenities – No fan/aircond provided but the room was never hot. Since they're located in Kundasang, their weather has always been cool. 10/10 definitely recommended. I would like to repeat this hotel if Im going to Kundasang again in the future. Perfect for couples and perfect for families too. Love the food, Im reminded of them again now ＜/3"

"had a pleasant 1 night stay. the place was clean and neat. there's enough parking space provided (but since the inside car park was uphill, you guys need to be extra careful with your car) overall, me and my wifey had a good rest & sleep here. 😁"

"Great cottages in fabulous location with fantastic views. All mod cons in rooms including A/C and a ceiling fan. Good breakfast. Cute photo opportunities in the big cup and next to big teapot. The souvenir shop was very good. The best we've come across on our travels in Borneo. It had a good selection of books about Borneo. The only issue I had was that if one of each book was "unwrapped" (no cellophane wrapping) so one could see inside it, I would have bought more books I think. But when one can't see the type of book or style of writing or if it includes photos, it is difficult to decide on the purchase. Just one unwrapped of each book would probably promote more sales."

"Het resort is gemakkelijk gelegen vlak na de hoofdweg die Ranau en Kota Kinabalu verbindt. De kamer was schoon, ruime en comfortabel. Hoewel er een aantal verkeersgeluid van passagiersvoertuigen was, het was geen groot probleem. Wat ons het meest belangde was de schoonheid, die uitstekend was. Een extra bonus is dat extra matrassen beschikbaar zijn voor huur indien nodig. Over het algemeen hadden we een aangename verblijf en zou zeker kiezen om hier weer te blijven."

Waking up to the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu and spending the evening under a sky full of stars was truly unforgettable. The cool weather, friendly staff, and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the slightly weak water pressure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again."

"Great place, not too far up Mesilau, very near to Bataras Supermarket. Clean place, helpful staffs. View of Mount Kinabalu is crystal clear. Parking is ample. BBQ is allowed. We stayed at the second floor, two queen size room. The only thing is upon checking out, the road coming out to town, traffic is quite heavy, other than that, all if well. "

"Mijn eerste keer in een homestay, dus het was een compleet nieuwe ervaring voor me~ Het bed was zeker comfortabel, het uitzicht zou ook goed moeten zijn, maar ik checkte uiteindelijk de volgende dag heel vroeg uit om ergens anders de zonsopgang te vangen, dus ik heb de zonsopgang vanaf het balkon niet gezien... het in- en uitchecken verliep ook zonder problemen~ Misschien zou een opfrisbeurt voor de badkamer een goed idee zijn 😇"
