"A lovely boutique hotel, situated close to St. Tropez A mere 31 rooms means there was never any chance of being surrounded by the crowds! The room (Chambre Classique) was not large (compared to other hotels we've stayed in) however, it was acceptable and as we always say in these sort of climates, you really only sleep and wash in them. St. Tropez area if you've not been before is expensive but this hotel is probably in line with similar within the area. Room cleaners were EXCELLENT. The pool is small but the most we ever counted in there was 7 people. Pool bar / breakfast area were in the main, polite and helpful."

La Ferme d'Augustin ★★★★

"This is at best a 3 star hotel (we didn’t spend too much time elsewhere in the premise so can’t comment there ; but just in our room). The rooms are old, few issues we ran into 1) no blackout curtain 2) no coffee/kettle in the room - need to ask for it. 3) room is small and old 4) hairdryer is one of those from the 90s attached to the wall 5) hot water taking a shower goes in and out. So can get really hot or cold for a split second It’s a “cute/charming” premise I suppose, but the room was certainly disappointing given the price tag. During check in, staff also tried to convince us to upgrade to a better room. Maybe it’s our room, but reminded me of my college dorm"

"WARNING!! We were robbed while were away for dinner. The security guy "was asleep", and he denied to call the police. The doors were not broken. The Surveillance cameras did not show intruders, so it is obvious it was an inside job and well covered by the managemenr. Apparently this happened before. BE CAREFUL!"

"Incredible environment with renovated paddle and tennis courts. The staff and treatment are very friendly, it is like being at home. The Mediterranean cuisine by the pool is excellent, with fresh products of the day. We rented two houses and the truth is that for 15 days we hardly wanted to leave the hotel. Looking forward to returning again next summer."

Hôtel Villa Marie Saint Tropez ★★★★★

"My friend and I spent 6 nights at Villa Marie in July. I had heard good things about the hotel from so we were excited to try it. The property is pretty but was not for us. Check-in: Staff at reception were nice and check-in was relatively quick. Our room was not ready, so we had lunch at the restaurant while we waited. Staff: Aside from reception, we did not find the staff to be over friendly or helpful. If you wanted or needed anything, it was up to us to ask, and even then, it could take several requests before you got what you needed. In the 6 days we spent there, we were never approached by the manager or anyone who asked how our stay was going. Location: The hotel is 10-15 min from town and 10-20 minutes from most beaches and beach clubs. Many people like that it is close to nothing and therefore quiet, but for us we found it taxing to have to cab anytime we needed to leave. And speaking of quiet, you can hear a pin drop everywhere you go on property, from the pool to the gym to the restaurant. I have not seen people speak so little before on vacation. Spa/Gym: We didn’t visit the spa but we did use the gym each morning. They don’t have much equipment but it was just enough so we could make it work for us. Food: The food was overall disappointing and the menu at lunch and dinner is tiny and doesn’t change. We were there for 6 nights and we were bored of everything on the menu by day 2. If the food were amazing, we wouldn’t have minded eating the same things over and over, but it was average at best. Room: We had a suite with terrace that overlooked the restaurant (roof) and a bit of the sea. The room was fine but not large enough for me to consider it a suite. The furniture and rugs were old and needed to be cleaned, it all smelled a bit musty. Water: They give you 1 bottle on each side of your bed each night and that's it. All the other water you pay for which I don't enjoy at a 5 star hotel. Pool: If you want 100% silence, then this is the pool for you. I never heard a sound during our stay from anyone. And we had to stop the bar staff every time we wanted a cocktail or bottle of water. They would bring it, and then never ask again if you would like another. If you want complete silence and no one speaking to you, including the staff, then this could be the hotel for you. If you want any kind of lively interaction, stay somewhere else. We will stay in town next summer."

"L’endroit et très joli et très bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances ou séjour de courte durée, cependant l’appartement que nous avions manque cruellement de luminosité et je pense que ce n’est pas le seul vu la configuration, In het reglement van orde is bepaald dat de dieren worden aanvaard, maar dat het moet worden gehouden in de kast, zichtbaar iedereen zich erbij laat en de honden gaan of willen urineren in het eigendom, omdat ze niet worden gecontroleerd door hun eigenaar .... de dienst en samenvatting maar er is allemaal wat je nodig hebt. L’appartement et bien équipé mais il manque de petite chose pour être parfait, le prix et en adéquation avec le site et la prestation. Le Mazet que nous avions a 7e chambre à l'étage, l'insonorisation avec l'autre Mazet et insuffisante, on entend tout ce qui se passe, le voisin au téléphone le matin a 8h00 on semble qu'il et dans l'appartement. Gros punt te verbeteren, gelukkig hebben we ze slechts 2 dagen met buurlanden."

Epi Baie de Pampelonne

"Epi Baie is among the most amazing hospitality experiences in the world. Given its small size, the staff are able to know everyone on property and go above and beyond to ensure a phenomenal experience. The property is outstanding, with two swimming pools, two tennis courts, a fitness center, boutique, salon, restaurant and a couple house cars to drive you to Ramatuelle and St. Tropez.
