Centosedici Rooms

Mevrouw Elisabeth die voor de hotelsfeer zorgt, is heel erg aardig, een engel, en ook de structuur, maar verder hadden we een schokkende ervaring. Er werd geadverteerd dat het gebouw een keuken had die er wel is, maar niet bruikbaar. Nadat we de eigenaar hadden geïnformeerd over onze noodzaak om de keuken te gebruiken, kregen we als grote concessie 'toestemming' om de keuken te gebruiken. Dan is het absurde dat ik iedereen wil wijzen op de aanwezigheid van een ONGEMELDE CAMERA in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes van het huis. Camera die feitelijk wordt bekeken door de eigenaar die ons als kinderen uitschold en een telefonische verontschuldiging eiste aangezien we de deur van een kleine opslagruimte hadden geopend met de sleutels die in de keuken lagen om de sleutels mee te nemen naar de kamer die we waren vergeten binnen en op zoek gaan naar het materiaal om de keuken na gebruik schoon te kunnen maken. De parkeerplaats bevindt zich voor de woning, maar u kunt niet parkeren op de voor bewoners bestemde stroken. Het is dus erg handig als je de plek vindt. Ik zou zeggen dat het elimineren van enkele onvolkomenheden, zoals het melden van de camera, zoals verplicht, en het verwijderen van niet-echte informatie van de site, prima zou kunnen zijn.

We had a lovely two night stay. The location was excellent, very close to the centre of old Ragusa. Elizabeth greeted us at the door and was a wealth of knowledge and offered great advice on how to get around and what to see. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Super staff who goes the extra mile to ensure a wonderful visit.

Property is isolated and too many steep steps.

Ragusa itself is very pretty, but we did not enjoy our stay here. First, satnav could not find the location - we wasted an hour searching for it and only found it by asking local people for directions. Worst of all, though, we arrived at 6.30 pm (having been told by the owner that we were welcome to arrive any time before 7.00 pm!), only to find that we couldn't get in and the owner was uncontactable! More time wasted trying to get access, therefore, and highly stressful. When we did eventually get hold of the owner, via phone, he very rudely complained that he'd been sending us messages all day. This turned out to be correct, but when we're on holiday we're not regularly checking emails and other messages so we hadn't seen any of them. The owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Plus, Ragusa suffers from high humidity levels. This is not the owner's fault, of course, but it meant that all the bed linen felt damp (very damp) when getting into bed. We did not enjoy.

This is a really nice bed and breakfast in Ragusa Ibla, one of the prettiest of Sicily's baroque hill towns. The room (we had the largest one with a terrace and nice view, as seen in the photo above) was very comfortable and clean, with air con, and the breakfasts were very good, with fresh fruit, fresh pastries each morning, etc. The location is excellent, about 10 mins walk from the Duoma and main square, and very close to lots of restaurants and bars, and also very importantly there is parking outside, which is very rare in Ragusa ibla. Elisabeth, who runs the place, was very helpful, giving tips on where to go and how to get there. All in all a good experience, and we loved Ragusa Ibla - much nicer than Modica in our opinion!

Great host and location

One of our best stays in Sicily. Elisabetta is so kind and helpful and so is the host. Rooms are very clean and spacious we were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms near each other which was perfect 👌🏻 Breakfast in the morning was very good too! Nice to say that everything was perfect 😍

Tutto impeccabile! Questo B&B dovrebbe essere preso in esempio di come dovrebbe funzionare una vera accoglienza. Siamo stati 10 giorni a Ragusa Ibla in vacanza quindi era importante scegliere un posto di appoggio comodo(sia per girare la città di Ragusa, sia per vedere altri posti vicini come Noto, Marzamemi sia per godersi anche il mare). -Location strategica (VOTO 10) comoda per spostarsi nei principali centri d'interesse! -Camera bellissima: spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli.(VOTO 10) -Pulizia camera (VOTO 10) giornaliera e accurata. -Colazione inclusa molto buona. -Accoglienza di Elizabeth, la proprietaria impeccabile! (VOTO 10). Si vede che è appassionata del suo lavoro, sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta ad aiutarti e a soddisfare il cliente in qualsiasi richiesta. -Complimenti inoltre a Francesco, hotel manager che si è occupato del nostro soggiorno, nell'assisterci (di notte!) quando abbiamo perso la chiave, nel consigliarci posti incantevoli da visitare e i migliori ristoranti e osterie dove mangiare! (VOTO 10) Grazie di cuore, ci avete fatto passare una vacanza meravigliosa in Sicilia e non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
