"The hotel facilities are average, the location is acceptable, there are shopping malls around, there is no dedicated parking lot, and the service is acceptable. The hygiene is pretty good. There is no bathtub in the room, only shower."

"Dit was ons vijfde jaar in deze kamers met een grote groep. Er zijn 14 families die altijd op deze vakantie wachten. Helaas, dit zal ons laatste jaar. Een van onze vrienden gebeurde op haar periode en bloedde op de bladeren. Ze ging naar het bureau, verontschuldigde zich en vroeg om nieuwe bladeren. Op de laatste dag werd haar creditcard gelast $500 voor schade. Houd in gedachten hun “toilet en bed bladeren” beleid op hun website is slechts $100 als de tin niet kan worden verwijderd. Niet alleen belastte Jennifer haar kaart, maar ging verder met schaamte en schaamte op het front desk. Ze beweerde dat ze niet begrijpt hoe mijn vriend zoiets kon laten gebeuren? Er zijn ook meerdere gelegenheden van creditcards worden geladen zonder toestemming. We hebben dit afgebroken omdat we ons vakantie hebben genoten, maar het lezen van andere recensies lijkt hier gewoon te zijn. 0/10 U adviseert hier te boeken."

"The hotel is not worth the money. We paid $350 per night for three people. The room was not cleaned or the towels changed over the two days. There is no suitcase stand in the room. We stayed in an additional building on the third floor. There is no elevator. We had a lot of belongings and suitcases. It was very difficult to carry all of this up the stairs. Breakfast is NOT a buffet. You select a meal from 5 options using a card, also tea or coffee. After choosing, we waited 45 minutes in the restaurant for the food to be brought to us. Although I only had porridge and a muffin, my husband had an omelette. But as soon as we asked, our food got brought out, so seemingly they just forgot about our order."

"De kamer is ruime, een handige parkeerplaats, zeer dicht bij de stad. Als je niet wilt gaan en wilt in het hotel leeg zijn, kan de tv je eigen OTT-code invoegen en je films zien die je wilt zien."

Blue Crest Cottages

"We stayed for four nights on our first time in PEI. Blue Crest wasn't a "destination" in itself, but it was a great base for our travels. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. Some thoughts: - The owners are great hosts: very kind, friendly and passionate. Our door lock broke and was quickly repaired by the owner. -The location is perfect, close (but not too close) to Cavendish and all parts of PEI national park, and in the center of the island if you want to explore either the eastern or western shores. -Don't believe other reviews that state you need to clean the cottage prior to check out. This is NOT the case. There is a sign on the inside of the cottage that indicates this, but this is from the prior owners and NO LONGER APPLIES. (Note to owners: remove the sign.) -Cottages are comfortable; they could definitely use a renovation but I'm sure the owners are working on it. Lousy towels, and some smelled like they were sitting around too long without being freshened. Shower water temperature was hard to modulate; I hereby decree that all hotels need to eliminate the separate hot and cold water faucets for a single lever. Only one A/C unit, in the living room; it might be hard to cool off both bedrooms on a hot day. -Great pool, and especially, great hot tub; this is an amenity not found in many PEI properties. "
