The staffs regardless at the reception or the restaurant is very nice & caring.
It's breakfast is great. For me is better than 4 star hotel that we have stayed in terms of taste & certain item u can't find in them.
We have lunch & breakfast there in their famous restaurant.
Location is located at walking distance to St.Michael Cathedral & Zhangqiao Pier...
Room amenities offered better than what 5 stars will offered...However the bathroom is a bit tiny for us. Add up 99.9%

I personally think, it has the perfect Location. The Women of the Reception was soo friendly and welcoming. The Room is a little bit small so I would not recommend sharing but apart from it, I think it is very comfortable.
I have no complaints. This Hotel is 10 out of 10.

Very nice hotel, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, 5 minutes from the shore. We had a great time.

The room is very near to the attraction. Just 500 maters to the beach. The room isn't big, but there are comfortable for 2 people. The food was also delicious. We love it.

Nice hotel and location for the price. Rooms are clean and big, breakfast was surprisingly nice. Frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. Highle recommend this hotel to travelers, going with family or business trips.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is good. Nearby Qingdao Railway Station and all the attractions.

The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the old town and to the train station. The room is small, but the design is good and they provide many amenities. The bathroom light didn't work, but after asking they quickly sent someone up to change the bulb.

The location is quite good. Receptionist aren't always available and they didn't handle the booking smoothly. The tatami room is very small and the bed not so good. Shower and toilet integrated in one little cabin. Breakfast is okay.
