Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are heated and well equipped.
Breakfast can be improved. Items are not being refill when running low.

Excellent hotel- I stay here every time I come to Qingdao. Very good location, excellent restaurants nearby, about 15 minutes walk from metro station. Service is very high quality- this trip especially I received excellent service from Mr 敬志华 and Ms.苏

Qingdao Himalayas hotel was next to none. The receptionists were extremely helpful with information and our room was divine. It has a spacious bathtub and an all round wonderful room. Although it was a bit off the city, its location is still central and easily accessible.

The gym is very nice and the equipments are professional, I can’t open the room door after check in, Go N Back between the room and lobby With my heavy bags for twice.Be honesty, the front desk girl should listen to the guy with eyeglasses(he might be the front desk manager … knows what is service ). Eventually, I got a upgrade but still….you guys can do better if u guys willing to listen the problems from the guest.

It’s a great hotel… the stay was great with good service especially the restaurant service. They were two cute guys taking initiative to make we had all we needed during breakfast which so sweet and lovely. It’d be better if deliveries from outside the hotel would be sent to customers room.
