It’s my first time. I really enjoyed my staying. The apar**ent owner. Is nice. Easy to find. It’s duplex and heating system perfect, I was felling warm always. Convenient location. Clean and tidy. Will come back !

服務態度是挺好的，但是沒有照片上的乾淨，沙發挺臟的，衞生間裏一股下水道的臭味，床單被套像是沒曬乾，還好自己帶了一次性床單被套枕套，還有就是榻榻米的那個床墊，像是塊海綿，人躺在上面就會捂進去，沒有空調，半夜睡了很熱，灰塵特別大，毛巾看着也不乾淨，除了距離青島北站近一點，離各個景點都有段距離，而且周圍是真的堵，體驗感一般吧，整體感覺就是不乾淨...

進房間第一眼給人的感覺就很舒服，理想中的房間，大大的落地窗，遠眺是有山，然後風也可以吹進來，設施一應俱全，洗衣機，冰箱，電視空調，很推薦來青島玩的話，住在這裏就是附近離地鐵站稍微有一點遠，可能得走一會兒，但是可以忽略。體驗很好，下次還來，房東人也很好，基本自助辦理入住，整個流程很快

一家三口出行還是很滿意的！收費停車場最多封頂20元！還是可以接受的！晚上睡覺還是很安靜的！

便捷入住，房東很好，價格實惠，北側看山景，暖氣也很熱，冬天進屋暖呼呼的不需要開空調暖風。價格也是這邊比較低的
