酒店地理位置很好，出門就可以看到海，交通方便，距離地鐵站衹有五分鐘路程，距離景區也很近，房間舒適乾淨整潔，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，小姑娘非常熱情，值得獎勵。

早餐種類還是可以滴 補菜很快 味道不錯

房間設施不錯 該有的都有~
離地鐵站特別近 出行很方便~

環境：周邊環境很好，就在海邊。
服務：服務一般，電視基本不能收看。説是網絡信號不好。但手機、平板均使用正常。
設施：設施還可以。
衞生：衞生不錯，乾淨整潔。

十分滿意！本來第二天一大早要走，隨意定了一個離地鐵站近的。這個價格也沒有報什麼期待。沒想到！一整個驚呆。首先就在海邊，真的是觀海。一線海景。其次房間很大，匹配這個價格和房型，很大很大。而且很乾凈衞生。還送了很多瓶水，另外兩瓶當地嶗山可樂（天吶一共就6瓶了！）還包早飯！衞生間乾淨。第二天因為開會還沒退房就問我需不需要續房，或者可以給我辦理延遲退房。真的好貼心！給滿分！

酒店位置在市區，交通方便，有停車場，出門就是海，但遊客不多很安靜。
酒店雖然不是新裝修的，設施有點年代感，但是看的出來還是用心在打掃的，到處都很乾凈。而且竟然還有地暖，在海邊也不會覺得陰冷潮濕，非常暖和。
床單被罩也檢查過了，很新很乾凈，性價比很高的一家店。

訂的是3人間，房間大並且乾淨。酒店出門就是海，意外的驚喜。地鐵1號線團島站，就在酒店附近，出行非常方便。最後一天，在酒店用的午餐，菜的口味也不錯。

酒店位置很好，離團島地鐵站近，就在海邊，海景無遮擋。早餐味道不錯。

出差來青島，頭一天的酒店條件太差。第二天選了觀海，非常慶幸，也非常滿意。房間很乾凈，臨海觀海。這個價位能訂到真的很不錯，下樓就是步道空氣非常棒，景觀沒的説，有機會還會來。

房間非常滿意，雖然沒訂到海景房，但是房間外的樓道就可以看到海，早餐還吃到了喜歡的肉夾饃，非常美味，是一次滿意的旅行體驗，性價比超高，值得推薦，下次再入住吧
