The location is very convenient, as it's close to the Qingdao train station and the subway. But the bathroom doesn't drain well after showers, my TV was broken, and the staff didn't even make the bed or replace the towels when they entered to clean.

住了三晚，早上跟前台講過打掃一下衞生晚上回來垃圾還是在門口放着，酒店的床單還有點不乾淨，衞生間有異味。真希望能改善一下衞生條件，我更想要更好的服務態度。

酒店房間入住時衹開放2層、3層，#海景家庭房#無看到海，沒有提供【海景】的能力，床單被套陳舊有灰塵和污漬，枕頭單薄，彈簧床上僅鋪着薄薄的床墊和床單，除了位置方便，沒什麼入住體驗。

第一次在攜程上給差評，酒店連床枕套都不換，給前台説了，出去回來發現還是沒換，而且房門大開，我行李東西都在房間裏，真的是太不負責了。

位置很好找，房間雖然有點舊，但是很乾凈，主要是離棧橋非常近，出行很方便，周圍吃的也多，酒店工作人員態度也不錯，是一次不錯的選擇，以後會推薦朋友來住

房間整體看起來比較整潔，寬敞，露台可以通過窗户進出，衞生間雖然有磨砂功能，但是還比較透，洗澡間沒有隔斷，多人入住不太方便。衞生間的通風效果不好，夏天洗完的衣服2天都不容易幹。酒店承諾的免費停車位，就幾個在弄堂裏，在裏面的車子根本就開不出去，我們最後選擇停在附近的商場地下停車場。酒店下面餐飲還是比較多的，對於不吃海鮮的不太適合，不太容易找到合適的吃飯地。酒店的服務還是挺好的，使用的浴巾，毛巾都是一次性的。

五星好評，必須五星好評，出了火車站走一會就到了酒店，門頭很豪華，大廳很亮堂，房間很安靜，樣樣都有，尤其是老闆很熱情給我講解了一堆旅遊景點，下次還來

房間打掃的不夠徹底與細節，出遊方便，離地鐵站很近，衞生有點一言難盡，就是出行很方便，離玩的地方很近。

酒店離棧橋非常近，地鐵也很近，就是環境不好，對不起這個價格。我們住的房間有個天台可以曬衣服，但是老闆多餘的衣架都沒有，哎😑如果大家旅遊最好不要住青島站這裏，太亂，太舊，青島有地鐵，住五四廣場非常方便，晚上也有很多吃。
