很好的一次入住體檢，房間很温馨，很有藝術氛圍，很乾凈，很衞生，看的出來入住前是消過毒的， 老闆姐姐免費給升級了海景房，坐在飄窗躺椅上就能俯看奧帆中心，屋內有廚房，還有洗衣機，離五四廣場海邊衹有幾分鐘路，樓下左拐100米就是地鐵口，很方便，淡季這個時間不到150的價位，入住這樣的房間，感覺還是很值的！

公寓位置好，周圍好多美食店，步行地鐵100米，五四廣場不行5分鐘，房間寬敞明亮，房間裏也很乾凈，性價比高，同價位的公寓環境和設施都不如這家，房間可以看到海，房間大大的，睡起來很舒適，打掃衞生阿姨打掃的也很乾凈，工作人員非常熱情和專業，不僅耐心解答問題，還提供了很多有用的建議，讓我的旅途感到無比的舒適和開心，來青島旅遊的朋友推薦入住這家公寓。

酒店位置很好，步行到五四廣場十分鐘都不到，周圍餐飲購物也方便。房間夠大，比一般酒店多了個小廚房。無敵大飄窗深得我心，躺在窗台上可以看見大海和奧帆中心，看到奧帆深夜11點熄燈。管家姐姐很熱心，還送了好多飲用水，下次來青島還會選這裏！

由於幾日前入住過這公寓感覺非常好， 所以完成其他城市的旅程後再次入住這公寓。 沒有考慮其他地方！
孫大姐很好，知我們再次入住安排了一間非常高層的房間給我們(26樓)，除房間享正面海景外，景觀還非常開揚， 感覺賓至如歸被受重視🥰🥰
這房間孫大姐花了點心思在窗簾上。 由於房間向東早上太陽比較猛烈， 深色的窗簾布上有星形可透光的洞口。
早上醒來，房間暗黑， 窗簾上星形洞口在閃閃發光，像是滿天星一樣真是好美好美實是驚喜🥰🥰👍👍。感覺孫大姐好有心思。
第二次入住除之前的良好感覺外，還有以上的驚喜，所以這間公寓絕對是性價比超高， 超值得無語呢。
再來青島一定會再次入住，而且會介紹給朋友入住的。

房間位於二十五樓，視野非常開闊，能直接看到大海，超級美！房間的空間也很大，有冰箱、微波爐，設施非常好！最最重要的是價格不貴，並且地理位置非常好，就在五四廣場，出門幾分鐘就到海邊啦，去哪裡玩都很方便，老闆人也特別好，很熱情！推薦指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

服務：熱情貼心，我們入往後，接待我們的是一位漂亮的女士，非常熱情，貼心周到。公寓離地鐵二號線很近，乘公寓電梯下樓後右拐，幾分鐘到地鐵站，離五四廣場十分鐘路程，晚飯後散步很好。我們住二十二樓，在公寓房間裏就能看到奧帆廣場，看到大海，很滿意，下次來再入住，介紹朋友過來住。

整體還是不錯的，乾淨整潔沒得説，面積也比較大，住着舒服，地理位置優越是肯定的，出地鐵沒多遠就到酒店了，去奧帆和五四廣場都不遠，走路10分鐘左右，老闆主動給升級了海景房，可以同時看到五四廣場和奧帆中心，這個太讚了，客服提前主動聯繫加微信，發從地鐵到酒店的視頻指引視頻，還有周邊遊玩和美食建議，馬路對面銀座五樓很多飯店，推薦了客人反映最好的",禾鬥海鮮自助"還有“菠蘿油子”，我們去吃了後者，非常不錯，下場來青島還會住他們家。有一點小建議，就是房間裝修稍微有點舊了，廚房附近的地板有翹角現象，最後修補一下，就更棒了。
