簡直是垃圾地方。連旅館都算不上。這輩子住的最差的一個地方。完全是被照片騙了。沒有看評論就去住了因為動車比較晚到。反正是誰住誰倒黴，簡直就是像以前的**轉型的，還帶個大鐵門。這個衹能按三十的價格來差不多。陰暗潮濕房間味道臭，馬桶洗臉池堵塞，水都是臭的，可能是地下水。

整體都很滿意，尤其是前台小姐姐小哥哥，非常有禮。乾淨衞生，去的時侯前台很熱情，住的很舒心，最主要價格實惠！簡直不能再讚了，超出預期！下次來還住。

感覺是個小區的地下室，窗外就是停車位，窗子沒有窗紗，特別潮濕，一股黴味，桌子特別臟，設施特別陳舊，沒有電視，衞生間特別多銹，牆上都是臟的，還有蜘蛛網和蜘蛛，隔音非常差，感覺像是平時沒人住，專門五一賣的，還不收拾乾淨

很難想象在這麼個位置，花400塊錢，住到了城中村改造房一樣的酒店。

設施老舊，廁所是簡易房那種的，洗澡水都下不去，窗户開不大，對面是牆，不通風！屋裡極其小，這是我青島之行最差的酒店！停車位置少，還收費，好幾家酒店在一個院裏麪！

設施：浴室乾濕不分離，無地巾易滑倒
衞生：衞生情況有待提高，浴巾上有頭髮（忘記拍了），床單有污漬（見下圖）
環境：周邊環境還可以

酒店不行特別臟亂，其他住了的人絕不會住第二次，大家避雷，住了好幾晚上喊換床單都不換，商家服務態度不好，慎重選擇不要住這家酒店
