I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

The room is very clean and the aroma is very comfortable. The decoration style is simple, and the overall quality of the service personnel is also very high. Whether it is cleaning or checking in, everything is very smooth and comfortable. The service attitude is even better!! I left something at the hotel, called to verify the situation, and quickly mailed it. Thank you so much!

Amazing place to be, the staff is really professional, the location is simply perfect for you if you want to be close to the May fourth square and most of the bars and restaurants that foreigners go.

Good Hotel with a very good Location in the Center.

The stuffs are very kind, but difficult to communicate in English. It’s near the metro station and there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

The hotel might have seen some better days, but it’s truly only a shell of its former glories. It’s ridiculous when a 4 * hotel doesn’t have properly functioning air conditioning on a day when it’s 35 C outside, plus they only offer a thick duvet that would be sufficient even for sleeping outdoors in Greenland. It’s also beyond me why all my clothes are wet, dump in the morning. Why doesn’t the fridge properly operate, and have to freeze everything you put in. Why to have a gym that one can use only between 10am and 7pm, when hardly anyone is in the hotel. Would be easier to say, “sorry, no gym”

hotel rooms are very hot and not comfortable , also once i used shower, all floor was wet and then can't use toilet
