房間和照片一致 裝修風格很喜歡 旁邊就是海邊風景很美
設施：齊全 智能 還有投屏 電腦可玩
衞生：環境乾淨
服務：良好 店家很親和
放心入住 周邊出行交通便利 民宿在繁華地段 左邊小麥島公園 右邊石長者海水浴場 風景特別美

老闆大姐，人很熱心，服務很貼心。
房間位置很好，有個飄窗可以直接看到大海，還有一個陽枱面朝大海，廣闊無垠的海景和海邊棧道盡收眼底。
院子有秋千，有涼亭，是休閑好去處。

房子位於燕兒島附近，別墅區，帶個小院子，前面就是大海，可以早起看日出，地理位置優越，老闆人很好，熱情周到，設施齊全，智能馬桶，而且很安靜，空氣特別好，很贊👍🏻！特別誇誇這家民宿的小院，種了很多東西，有蘋果樹，辣椒，西紅柿，茄子，西瓜，還養了一衹大鵝，特別可愛

環境：優點靠近海邊，出門有公交，缺點，房間太小，床前過道一個行李箱打開後，就無法行走，隔音效果不好，半夜一點隔壁房回來，樓梯聲談話聲都能聽到，影響睡眠
服務：前台小哥哥人很好，由於靠海房間有點潮濕，孩子身體適應不良，導致得要提前退房，前台小哥很爽快的協作退了後續一天的房，很是感謝

到處看起來臟兮兮的 抽屜裏面有用過的紗布 棉簽 散落的牙簽 各種雜物 地上有灰塵 毛髮 浴室水壓很小 衞生間也是臟臟的 空調製冷夠不上房間的面積 最關鍵的 廁所的異味和房間的異味比較重 唯一讓我稍有好感的是 退房後老闆娘送到門口 注視我們離去揮手道別 真心希望老闆娘把保潔做做好

別墅就在燕兒島公園旁的浪琴園，離海邊棧道非常近。位置非常好。1.8米大床，兩個人比較合適，早前預訂沒有套房，第二天正好空出來一間，老闆以優惠的價格給我們升級了房間，讓三口之家朋友帶着孩子換到舒適的大套房。

環境非常好！位置去情人壩小麥島都很方便，在院子裏就能看到海，可惜第二天沒有起來看日出，後面幾天早上都是霧😭端午節那天老闆娘還送了自己包的粽子！我們在鞦韆上一邊看海一邊吃粽子，老闆娘還給拿來水和自己煮的茶葉蛋，很好的體驗，下次有機會一定要再來看一次日出🌅

位置挺好，出門就有公交站，距離八大關、五四廣場以及小麥島、奧帆中心都不遠，且臨海，緊鄰燕兒島，晚上退潮的時候可以去抓小螃蟹。
小院裏種了各種蔬菜，花草果樹，有秋千涼亭，還有荷花池，坐在鞦韆上看看海，感受一下海風，左邊是小麥島，右邊是燕兒島，帶孩子來青島最適合住這種臨海的民宿。
老闆娘很和善，每天早起熬的玉米糊用自家種的非轉基因的玉米，泡一宿用破壁機打碎再熬一小時，濃濃的玉米胚芽的香味，很注意養生，很熱情，山東人很淳樸。
浪琴園這個別墅區出門有門禁，也很安全。下次去青島還會住在這。
