房間設施：房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全。床鋪舒適，衞生條件良好。特別值得一提的是，陽台很舒服，有掛椅。
服務質量：前台接待熱情周到，入住流程順暢，讓人倍感温馨。
個人感受：在花築民宿度過的時光非常愉快。晚上安靜，適合休息。白天可以欣賞到美麗的風景，窗外就是浮山森林公園，讓人心情愉悦。

房間很大，老闆給升級了房型，超級棒！位置很方便，吃喝玩樂都不遠，還有免費停車場非常便捷。民宿寵物友好，可以帶毛孩子一起來

位置離得石長者還是很方便，進門給人的感覺也是非常好，老闆很及時答覆問題，告知位置詳細，好找。因為可能是假期第一天吧，價格還是滿意的，但第二天想再住就直接翻倍，不過也理解。總而言之，還是不錯的。樓下的吃的和便利店都有，老闆推薦的吃飯地方也可以，能去。

酒店的位置很好，工作人員也非常熱情，各類一次性用品非常齊全，有非常大的免費的停車場。不管去哪個景點打車都很方便，下次有機會再來青島還會來住，非常棒。房間很大，有陽台，景觀和彩光很好，但是山東的酒店有個通病就是下水道不好。

房間很乾凈，窗外對着山，交通也算便利，周遭吃的喝的也很方便，離着國信體育館特別近，因為去看演唱會訂的，特別謝謝老闆幫忙收快遞！

非常非常滿意，店家服務周道，衞生條件好，周圍有一個很大的海鮮市場，很方便，下次來青島還住這裏
