服務白天倆人衹能説還可以.夜班的沒辦法形容態度及其不好.外賣也不能送上樓.還要自己下樓拿.定了五天房提前退房的時候直接説不能退.讓我找攜程溝通.態度特別不好.在攜程的客服人員溝通了兩三次後才容易的退房（攜程小姐姐態度非常好滿分）.酒店扣除了100多塊錢.然後走的時候有東西落在冰箱裏酒店人員説沒找到。

酒店位置很好，去啤酒節和海灘都非常近，房間也很大，上下兩層的結構，2台空調房間温度很舒適而且還有冰箱、洗衣機，房間價格也很優惠，性價比非常高了，以後來青島還選這家店。

這次選的酒店入住體驗非常好，房間很大衞生很乾凈，前台有問必答很是熱情，酒店離金沙灘海邊也非常近，大堂凈是穿着泳裝回來的趕海大軍，下次還是首選的酒店！

給親戚定的，房間很乾凈，價格也合適。旁邊就是唐島灣公園，距海邊步行不到20分鐘，主要房間是複式，適合一家人住，很方便。

進屋一股煙味，上邊廁所是臭的，下邊馬桶沒打掃，還掛着幾滴發黃的尿，地上還有不可描述部位的毛，衞生不合格，沙發上都是臟印，空調不製冷，電視也沒法看，也沒有內部電話，晚上前台也沒有人值班

一家四口入住一間家庭房搞定，樓上樓下很是寬敞方便，還比隔壁商務酒店便宜400多，省錢了。進到房間還有冰箱洗衣機可以使用，真是太方便了，衞生服務都很好住的非常愉快 ，值得推薦👍 ！

攜程名字是文海國際酒店，實際就是普通民宿公寓，同一層樓，有公司辦公室，也有長租户！就是寫字樓公寓混合的那種！房間整體面積可以挺大，但是裝修一言難盡！到處破敗，夜裡都不敢上樓，尤其那個床，感覺直接睡在彈簧上，硌人的很！
