衞生：床上有很多不知名毛髮 ，很臟，枕頭也非常非常臟。馬桶圈上有尿漬。住過這麼多酒店，衞生是最差的一個。
服務：前台姐的態度服務還是很不錯的！
主要是衞生太差了，穿着衣服睡的很難受

嗯！非常好，這個酒店真的非常好！設施齊全，衞生條件也很好，而且窗外風景也超級棒，服務態度也很好，這次來是為了來找我閨蜜，酒店外打車也非常方便，！Good！

房間乾淨整潔 床睡起來非常舒服 軟硬適中 設施齊全 性價比很高 熱情服務。態度親切感 非常好，服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。

房間除了空間大，沒有任何優點，花灑是壞的，水還忽大忽小，一塊肥皂都木有，燒水台下麪破爛不堪。床看起來太破了，還不知道哪個年代的產品，邊上的皮幾處破了，功能也是壞的，還影響睡覺，床上被子也不乾淨。説是海景房，就是騙人的，衹是窗户可以看到點水，都打算向消協投訴了。強烈建議大家不要住這個酒店，這個價位是我住過最差的酒店，不如幾十塊錢的小旅館。

一進前台，好像沒有正規的門臉，前廳分租一部分給了奶茶店，房間內設備老舊，至少我住的房間空調不好使，服務態度不好，出現問題不解決，最重要的是攜程介入後，門店還撒謊，説當晚我不需要去處理空調問題，幸虧全程有錄像。房費退50，後來聽説有錄像又改口，退100。店家始終是跟顧客對立的狀態，還撒謊，枉費信任一次，選擇一次。

非常的滿意，房間很大很寬敞，兩張大床適合一家人出行，房間能看到大海，周邊出行非常方便，離金沙灘很近，離地鐵口也近

前台沒有很熱情、也沒有很規範.洗浴噴頭水壓太小、忽冷忽熱的，電視太難搞了，白色遙控器黑色遙控器按鍵不靈敏，然後晚上睡覺還能聽到馬路車輛聲還是風聲，就挺無語的.優點就是環境位置佳，衞生條件感覺還不錯，入住太晚了，也沒有檢查，幫忙升了房，還有最喜歡的按摩服務.

整體還行吧，對得起100多的價格，能看到下面靈山的港口，就是裝修比較老，好多酒店都在這個樓裏，亂哄哄的，早上5點多退房走，電梯裏面沒有燈，這個比較恐怖😱
